The integration of “signal on/off” and “labeling/label-free” strategies was applied to the fabrication of a sensitive and selective dual-signalling electrochemical aptasensor. Ferrocene (Fc), being labeled on single stranded DNA as one signal indicator, could provide “turn on” signal through the DNA conformational changes resulted from target binding with aptamer. [Ru(NH3)6]3+ (RuHex), as another signal indicator, could provide “turn off” signal through the electrostatic interaction between the anionic DNA phosphate backbones and the cationic RuHex, which is a label-free signal. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) were employed for monitoring the stepwise fabrication process of the biosensor. Under the optimized conditions, the dual signal changes were quantified using square wave voltammetry (SWV). Based on the superposition of the dual signal changes (|DIRuHex| + ΔIFc), the sensitivity of this aptasensor for lysozyme detection was improved compared to individual signal. The results indicated that lysozyme could be detected in a wide linear range (1.0 × 10−11–1.0 × 10−7 M) with a low detection limit down to 0.8 pM. Moreover, the resulting biosensor exhibited good specificity, stability and reproducibility, indicating that the present strategy was promising for broad potential application in clinic assay. © 2016

Wang tile-based texture synthesis methods can use tiles extracted from the sample texture to create large non-periodic texture efficiently. However, these methods often produce rhombic seams in the tiles. We present a hybrid approach based on genetic and simulated annealing algorithms for texture synthesis. First, we introduce the Simulated Annealing Algorithm to compensate the Genetic Algorithm's weak ability in search of local optimization. Secondly, we extend the method to be able to use the sets of 3D surface texture representations as input, and we relight these representations to generate visual textures under different illumination conditions. Experimental results show this approach can produce visually plausible textures without rhombic seams.

BaSrZnSi2O7-Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 composite ceramics were systematically characterized in terms of phase composition, microstructure and dielectric properties. It was found that dielectric permittivity peaks of the samples shifted to low temperatures initially and then kept invariable with increasing BaSrZnSi2O7 content. Tunability showed a similar trend to Curie temperature. The variation in Q value was mainly related to whether the ‘doping’ effect or ‘composite’ effect was dominated. The sample with 60 wt% BaSrZnSi2O7 possessed a high tunability of 16%(~10 kHz), a low dielectric permittivity of 152 and a high Q value of 417(~2.720 GHz), making it a promising candidate for applications as electrically tunable microwave devices. © 2015, National Institute of Optoelectronics. The effect of ball-milling time on dielectric properties of selected ferroelectric-dielectric composites was investigated. A prolonged milling time led an increase in dielectric permittivity and a slight improvement in tunability. However, Q values of the ferroelectric-dielectric composites were deteriorated with extended ball-milling time, contrary to the general "intuitive belief" that Q values would be improved with better uniformity. The variation in dielectric properties of the ferroelectric-dielectric composites as a function of milling time was well explained in terms of transition in phase distribution mode. © 2014 The American Ceramic Society.

The coastal wetlands in Yellow River Delta have the characteristics of newborn property, quick evolvement, ecolgical fragility, scarcity in types and important ecological function, etc. There are 298 species vascular plants, 407 species phytoplankton, 1452 species animal, 199 species birds, 112 species marine fish, 102 species freshwater fish and 121 species other freshwater animals, 8 species repitles, 6 species amphibians, 193 species marine animals, 223 species zoobenthos in intertidal wetland and other species. In the coastal wetlands, the biodiversity characters of different wetland types are obviously different, there are most species in uptidal wetlands because of diversity and complexity of habitats there, and there are lest species in intertidal wetlands because the habitats of the intertidal wetlands are single and instable. The plant and animal flora has complicated eco-adapted types of species and regular geographical composition, the vascular plant flora is young. Many species of plant and animal are endangered and are mainly protected by government, the vascular plant flora composition is simple and the woody plant species of the flora are poor. The coastal wetlands in Yellow River Delta are facing the problems below: the acreage of natural wetland had shrunk, the wetland soil salinization is serious, the ecosystem service has degenerated, and species diversity of the wetlands has decreased. Some countermeasures are put forward to deal with these ecological problems in the paper, such as strengthening the nature reserve infrastructure constructing, restoring and rehabilitating the degraded coastal wetlands, constructing effective ecological economic zone, raising people's awareness of biodiversity conservation, strengthening basic research on coastal wetlands of Yellow River Delta.

With the rapid expansion of the rapid development of computer network technology and network coverage, campus network security issues are increasingly complex and outstanding looks up. In this paper, we have the analysis of the campus CAN security situation, put forward the principle of network security policy-making process to be followed, clearly a number of network security policy are also pointed out to build a more complete network security solution ideas. For the current campus CAN security issues, we discuss the principles and methods of the CAN network design process involved in the security system, and propose specific means for the campus CAN technology features. Meanwhile, we have researched and explored the characteristics and design of school network management, combined with the existence of the campus local area network insecurity, indicated security needs of the campus network, and to developed appropriate the security policy of campus network. © 2014, Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Monte Carlo Simulation and Response Surface Method are two very powerful reliability analysis methods. Normally, in the reliability analysis of complex structures, the limit state function often can not be expressed in a closed-form. Usually, the codes for probabilistic analysis need to be combined with finite element models. ANSYS Probabilistic Design System (PDS) has provided a package to conduct probabilistic analysis automatically. This paper is going to compare the performance of these methods through an easy engineering problem in ANSYS. In this paper, simulated annealing algorithm and wavelet transform is used to improve the Wang-Tile texture synthesis algorithm from the aspects of efficiency and effectiveness. First, the choice of samples generated Tile set can be optimized by using the global optimum trend of simulated annealing algorithm to get the global optimal solution, that is, you can get the best collection of synthetic effects Tile which solves the diamond seam problem in Wang - Tile algorithm. Results were proved to be good experiments. Secondly, in order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm, the two-dimensional wavelet decomposition of the initial samples is carried out before the choice of the sample set. The texture compression can be achieved by searching the best match block after the decomposition, and the sample image is only one forth size compared to the initial image. Therefore, the search time of choosing match block can significantly be reduced, and the efficiency of the algorithm can also be enhanced. © 2010 IEEE.
