Three series of composite ceramic systems including 85 vol% Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 - 15 vol% MgO, 78 vol% Ba0.45Sr0.55TiO3 - 22 vol% Mg2TiO4 and 48 vol% Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3 - 52 vol% BaWO4 were synthesized by solid-state reaction. The diphase ceramics transformed from layer-like pattern and column-like one to final sphere-like one with prolonging the milling time of raw materials from 5 min to 24 h. The dielectric permittivity and tunability of diphase ceramics were improved significantly by the change of phase-distribution patterns. The dielectric permittivity of composite system shows a variation with the applied DC bias field. The Curie temperature was increased while the dielectric peaks were suppressed and broadened as increasing the DC bias field. The tunability presents a maximum value near the ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition point. The trend of tunability slightly lags behind the change of dielectric permittivity. The comprehensive performance of the material is improved with the increase of the uniformity. However, the quality factor Q values were strongly deteriorated. This result is contrary to the ‘intuitive belief’―a prolonged milling time should improve the Q values due to the well uniformity of diphase distribution. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

MgO-doped Ba0.55Sr0.45TiO3 ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction technique and their phase compositions, microstructure and dielectric properties were syste matically characterized. Their dielectric peaks were markedly suppressed, broadened, and shifted to low tempe ratures with increasing MgO content, indicating that certain amount of Mg2+ incorporated into BST lattice. The reason why the loss tangent at microwave frequencies increased with the addition of MgO at low concentrations was identified. The decrease in loss tangent at microwave frequencies of the samples with high contents of MgO was resulted from the 'composite' effect of the dielectric component. Raman spectra analysis clearly indicated that the incorporation of Mg2+ degraded quality factor (Q value) of BST, which was ascribed to the deterioration of B-site ordering of the ABO3 perovskite structure. It was found that Q value was strongly correlated with the Raman peak width of A1(TO) stretch modes in perovskite materials. In real-time rendering of large-scale terrain, often using frame coherence to optimize terrain visualization algorithm, to reduce the amount of calculation of each frame, to improve the efficiency of the algorithm. But using frame coherence optimization algorithm has a premise, it is between two consecutive frames, the viewpoint movement is small. Therefore, you can make use of the changes between the two frames, only modify the part of the display node can get the next frame to display the terrain node. However, in practical applications, however, there is a large difference between the two consecutive frames, which is caused by the discontinuity of the viewpoint and the fast movement speed. In this paper, it is considering the viewpoint of jumping movement, using the threshold of viewpoint movement to optimize the terrain visualization algorithm. To improve the effectiveness and generality of terrain visualization algorithm based on frame coherence. The experimental results show that the use of threshold of viewpoint movement revised visualization algorithm, can effectively reduce the amount of calculation per frame, to enhance the efficiency of the algorithm. © Springer International Publishing AG 2017.

BaSrZnSi2O7-Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 composite ceramics were systematically characterized in terms of phase composition, microstructure and dielectric properties. It was found that dielectric permittivity peaks of the samples shifted to low temperatures initially and then kept invariable with increasing BaSrZnSi2O7 content. Tunability showed a similar trend to Curie temperature. The variation in Q value was mainly related to whether the ‘doping’ effect or ‘composite’ effect was dominated. The sample with 60 wt% BaSrZnSi2O7 possessed a high tunability of 16%(~10 kHz), a low dielectric permittivity of 152 and a high Q value of 417(~2.720 GHz), making it a promising candidate for applications as electrically tunable microwave devices. © 2015, National Institute of Optoelectronics. The effect of ball-milling time on dielectric properties of selected ferroelectric-dielectric composites was investigated. A prolonged milling time led an increase in dielectric permittivity and a slight improvement in tunability. However, Q values of the ferroelectric-dielectric composites were deteriorated with extended ball-milling time, contrary to the general "intuitive belief" that Q values would be improved with better uniformity. The variation in dielectric properties of the ferroelectric-dielectric composites as a function of milling time was well explained in terms of transition in phase distribution mode. © 2014 The American Ceramic Society.

For the current campus CAN security issues, we discuss the principles and methods of the CAN network design process involved in the security system, and propose specific means for the campus CAN technology features. Monte Carlo Simulation and Response Surface Method are two very powerful reliability analysis methods. Normally, in the reliability analysis of complex structures, the limit state function often can not be expressed in a closed-form. Usually, the codes for probabilistic analysis need to be combined with finite element models. ANSYS Probabilistic Design System (PDS) has provided a package to conduct probabilistic analysis automatically. This paper is going to compare the performance of these methods through an easy engineering problem in ANSYS. In this paper, simulated annealing algorithm and wavelet transform is used to improve the Wang-Tile texture synthesis algorithm from the aspects of efficiency and effectiveness. First, the choice of samples generated Tile set can be optimized by using the global optimum trend of simulated annealing algorithm to get the global optimal solution, that is, you can get the best collection of synthetic effects Tile which solves the diamond seam problem in Wang - Tile algorithm. Results were proved to be good experiments. Secondly, in order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm, the two-dimensional wavelet decomposition of the initial samples is carried out before the choice of the sample set. The texture compression can be achieved by searching the best match block after the decomposition, and the sample image is only one forth size compared to the initial image. Therefore, the search time of choosing match block can significantly be reduced, and the efficiency of the algorithm can also be enhanced. © 2010 IEEE.
