Mine solid waste is the great potential resource, but unreasonable resource development leads to the loss of solid waste and then does harm to environment. There are many ways of environmental management and comprehensive utilization of mine solid waste; recover useful elements, produce building materials, secondary energy recovery, fill the mine pit and collapse pit, paving, etc. However, many problems exist such as backward technology, lack of market competition due to low value-added products, government support which remains to be strengthened, less awareness of reasonable development of resources and effective environment protection, backward laws and regulations. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the diagnostic value of serum tumor markers for pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer. METHODS: The serum tumor markers Cyfra21-1, NSE, CEA and CA125 were measured with electrochemistry iluminescence in 98 cases of pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer, 151 cases of pneumoconiosis and 252 healthy coal miners. RESULTS: All the 4 tumor markers in lung cancer patients were significantly higher than that in pneumoconiosis and healthy controls (P<0.001). The levels of CEA and CA125 in adenocarcinoma, Cyfra21-1 in squamous carcinoma, NSE in small cell lung cancer were higher than other pathological types of lung cancer statistically (P<0.001). The accuracy of single marker to discriminate complicated with lung cancer and pneumoconiosis was 81.1% (202/249), 71.1% (177/249), 71.5% (178/249), 74.7% (186/249), respectively. Combined detection was 87.6% (218/249). CONCLUSION: The combined detection of Cyfra21-1, NSE, CEA, and CA125 is useful for differential diagnosis of pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer, and helpful to judge pathological types of lung cancer.

Space-time structure model and movement law of overburden were researched during strip pillar mining backfill with cream-body, taking 2351 backfilling face for an example. The results show that as the face advances, overburden strata are gradually transformed from the "C" type space structure into articulated rock beam with unequal height supports. The immediate roof of working face is the main roof; the first weighting interval is 33.6 m, and the periodic weighting length respectively are 18.3, 8.8, 13.7 and 9.0 m for the last four times. The overburden gravity mainly acted on coal wall in front of face and backfill paste, which had little effect on roof advance stress, and the influence scope is less than 15 m. In current technology conditions of face 2351, the reasonably maximal roof control distance is 8.8 m, the reasonable working resistance of support backfilling is 27 MPa, and the support setting load is 21 MPa.

Four kinds of polymer emulsions were coated on the surface of coal pitch carbon fiber using atomized flow static coating method. The surface morphology of the carbon fiber after modification was analyzed by fluorescence microscope.The tensile strength of coated carbon fiber in the cement mortar and the mechanical property of the coated carbon fiber reinforced concrete were tested. The results showed that all the polymer emulsions were coated successfully on the surface of carbon fiber. The tensile strength of the coated carbon fiber in the cement mortar increased obviously, specially for the carbon fiber coated by meta chloride copolymer emulsion, whose tensile strength improved by 61%. The tensile strength of the coated carbon fiber reinforced concrete increased by 11%, the fracture energy increased by 47% and the max crack width increased by 18.5% when the content of the carbon fiber coated by meta chloride copolymer was 1.7 kg/m3. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In order to study the characteristics of interaction process between deep rock of lower coal seam floor and water in Jibei mining area, five different types of rocks are used for water stability test in laboratory by natural water and saturated salt water soaking. Through water stability test and conductivity measuring for 52 days, the results are drawn as follows. (1) The water stability of nature soaked rocks is good, and none of them have basic degradation according to phenomena and test results of 20 samples in dropping residue, superficial cranny, rock cracking, strength change, swelling and degradation. However, the samples have obvious degradation by wetting- drying cycle effect. (2) There are three phases to conductivity increasing range in natural water by normal condition and wetting-drying cycle effect, but the conductivities of same sample under different conditions show big difference in increasing over time. The conductivity in wetting-drying cycle effect is obviously larger. (3) It is positive relevance between rock conductivity and decreasing rate of mass. The study results provide references for micro-mechanism study of deterioration for rocks under water-rock interaction in the deep coal mining.
