For obtaining excellent properties of separating Camellia fruit and shell, the micro-wave technology is used, the separating equipment is also designed. The set includes lifting raw material system, micro-wave controlling system, eliminating wet system, micro-wave affection body, dropping material system. BACKGROUND: Self-locking brackets changed the traditional ligation mode and obviously elevated the sliding mechanism of the teeth and the effect of its spreading during orthodontic treatment, and effectively decreased friction force. OBJECTIVE: To explore the differences of the application of 3M self-locking bracket and traditional straight wire bracket during orthodontic treatment. METHODS: A total of 796 patients receiving orthodontic correction of mild and moderate misaligned teeth, including 398 males and 400 females, at the age of 11-19 years old. 398 patients received 3M SmartClip™ self-ligating bracket braces as observation group. The remaining 398 patients received MBT straight wire appliance. The width of molars, intercanine width, superior anterior tooth convexity and correction were compared between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The width of premolars and superior anterior tooth convexity were significantly better after correction than that before correction in both groups (P < 0.05). Moreover, the correction outcomes were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). No significant difference in the width of first molar and intercanine width was detected before and after treatment in either group, as well as between the two groups. Aligned dentition time and the total therapeutic duration were shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). These findings indicate that compared with the traditional MBT straight wire bracket braces, expansion arch effect of the 3M SmartClipTM self-ligating bracket braces is obvious; clinical treatment can reduce the rate of extraction cases, and shorten the course of correction. © 2015, Journal of Clinical Rehabilitative Tissue Engineering Research. Objective: To investigate the expression of microRNA-21(miR-21) in the plasma of patients with colon carcinoma and its relation to chemosensitivity. Methods: Twenty-eight patients with advanced colon carcinoma were treated with FOLFOX4 regimen (oxaliplatin+CF+fluorouracil). The expression of miR-21 in plasma was detected by real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) before and after chemotherapy, and the association of miR-21 expression with chemotherapy efficacy was analyzed. Results: Plasma miR-21 level was significantly decreased after chemotherapy (P=0.0392). Plasma expression of miR-21 in (CR+PR) patients was significantly lower than that in (PD+SD) patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression level of miR-21 in plasma may be associated with chemotherapy sensitivity of patients with advanced colon cancer. © 2015, Journal of Practical Oncology, Editorial Board. OBJECTIVE: To determine the influence of different stimulation of abdominal operation on lung.METHODS: We randomly divided 100 SD male rats into 5 groups(n=20): An anesthesia control group (Group A), an abdominal skin 2 cm incision group (Group B), an abdominal skin+ muscle 2 cm incision group (Group C ), an abdominal skin+muscle+peritoneum 2 cm incision group (Group D), and an abdominal skin+muscle+peritoneum 2 cm incision+2 min laparoscopy in abdomen+pull exploration bowel group (Group E). Propofol was used for induction of anaesthesia by rat tail vein with 10 mg/kg, with 35-45 mg/(kg.h) during the operation. Anesthesia depth was maintained during moderate sedation without obvious analgesia action level. According to the postoperative specimens at different time, each group was divided into 4 sub groups, including 6-hour group, 1-day group, 3-day group, and 7-day group(n=5). Immunohistochemical method was used to examine tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and lung tissue lung surface active substances related proteins A (SP-A) of rats at different points after surgery.RESULTS: There was no significant differences in the expression of TNF-α at 6 hours, 3 days, and 7 days after surgery in the 5 groups (P>0.05). The expression of TNF-α in Group D, and E was significantly higher than that in Group A at 1 day after surgery (P<0.05). Although the expression of TNF-α was Group E > Group D > Group C > Group B at 1 day, 3 days after surgery, there was no significant difference among the 4 groups. There was no significant differences in the expression of SP-A at 6 hours, 3 days, and 7 days after surgery in the 5 groups (P>0.05). The expression of SP-A in Group D and E was significantly higher than that in Group A at 1 day after surgery (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Group D and E (P>0.05).CONCLUSION: The greater the stimulant intensity of abdominal operation on rats, the more impact on postoperative lung. The postoperative pulmonary effect of intraperitoneal operation is greater than non-intraperitoneal operation, but in the compensation. Source

Background: As a novel candidate metastasis suppressor gene, Nasopharyngeal carcinoma-associated gene 6 (NGX6) is involved in cellular growth, cell cycle progression and tumor angiogenesis. Previous studies have shown that NGX6 gene is down-regulated in colorectal cancer (CRC). However, little is known about its transcriptional regulation.Results: We defined the minimal promoter of NGX6 gene in a 186-bp region (from-86 to +100) through mutation construct methods and luciferase assays. Results from Electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSA) and Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) revealed that Early growth response gene 1 (Egr-1) binds to the Sp1/Egr-1 overlapping site of NGX6 minimal promoter. Overexpression of Egr-1 increased the promoter activity and mRNA level of NGX6 gene; while knock-down of endogenous Egr-1 decreased mRNA expression of NGX6 gene.Conclusion: These results demonstrate that Egr-1 regulates NGX6 gene transcription through an overlapping Sp1/Egr-1 binding site as a positive regulator of NGX6 gene. © 2014 Liu et al.; licensee BioMed Central Ltd.
