This study presented a ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method for fast determination of the residues of olaquindox and 3-methylquinoline-2-carboxylic acid in aquatic products. Resident of olaquindox and 3-methylquinoline-2-carboxylic acid ware extracted by the liquid-liquid method using ethyl acetate+ acetonitrile (1+1, V/V). After BEH C18 LC gradient elution separation, the analytes ware determined under multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) scan type with tandemmass analyzer using positive polarity mode. The recoveries are in the range of 62.5%~91.4%, the relative standard deviation are in the range of 2.6%~11.8%. The limit of detection (LOD) for olaquindox and methyl-3-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid in aquatic products was 1.0 μg/kg. Source
