The mathematical model of temperature distribution of biological objects for the special case of the Laplace equation in homogeneous environments is shown. The temperature profile is presented as a function of one coordinate. The analytical dependence of temperature profile is largely determined by the function of the heat source. A mathematical model of temperature distribution of biological objects, which can be used in the diagnosis of tumor diseases in human tissues. To solve the problem the equations of elliptic type, in particular, the Laplace equation in homogeneous environments, are used. The paper proposes a mathematical model of operation of an airborne gyroscopic gravimeter, with a linear acceleration meter functioning as a sensitive element. The mathematical model takes into consideration both translational and angular oscillations of the gravimeter base. The p-T-x equilibria in a Zn-Cd-Te system are analyzed using the model of polyassociative solutions, assuming the existence of a set of complexes with different compositions in the liquid phase. It is shown that to describe the state diagram of a Zn-Cd-Te system in the model of a three-component melt, we must consider the presence of ZnCdTe and ZnCdTe3 associates. The p-T-x equilibria in the system are described over a wide temperature range using the obtained dissociation parameters. The kinetic corrections for the supersaturation of the initial liquid phase providing the preparation of Zn x Cd1 - x Te solid solution layers at low deposition temperatures (500-600°C) were found. The results of kinetic modeling were in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data. It was shown that the inclusion of corrections for supersaturation of the initial liquid phase to the data on phase equilibria in the Zn-Cd-Te system was necessary for finding the temperature-time conditions of the crystallization of layers with the required composition. © 2010 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
