On the background of the crisis of water resources, the research and spread of water culture has become inevitable. Water conservancy institutes are the origin and research center of water culture. And water conservancy institutes are the important foundation of water culture education, which is beneficial for setting the concept of "Knowing water, loving water, saving water and protecting water." It helps cultivating quality education for college students, building friendly environmental society and promoting the sustainable development of water culture research. On the base of some primary exploration in colleges, this essay build a four-dimensional tridimensional education mode, which research the spread of water culture education through the permeability of space, the duration of time, the systematicness of breadth and the penetration of depth. And it predicts the possible problems that may exist in spreading this education mode in water conservancy institutes. © 2011 IEEE. Source

Considering of the application fields of Photoshop and vocational education ideas, the teaching contents of Photoshop course have been done by cases based on the teaching characteristics of Computer Image Processing course at graphic design module. This paper has given the teaching flowchart of Photoshop image processing case teaching. According to the teachers and the students, the case teaching is respectively analyzed from case preparation, case implementation, case operation and case evaluation. In addition, the author has pointed out the specific implementations of Photoshop case teaching in detailed. Some key or difficult questions often occurred in class or in experimenst have been proposed and been solved. Finally, Self-evaluation and peer assessment between teachers and students also have been put forward, and the corresponding conclusions and case teaching effects have been given in the end. © 2010 IEEE.
