Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics located in the picturesque city of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics is a prestigious institution of higher education with economy-related disciplines as the key disciplines, ensuring a coordinated development of various disciplines, namely， Economics, Management, Humanities, Law, Science, Engineering and Arts. The performance and development review (PADR) evaluation in a company is a complex group decision-making problem that is influenced by multiple and conflicting objectives. The complexity of the PADR evaluation problem is often due to the difficulties in determining the degrees of an alternative that satisfies the criteria. In this paper, we present a hesitant fuzzy multiple criteria group decision-making methods for PADR evaluation. We first develop some operations based on Einstein operations. Then, we proposed some aggregation operators to aggregate hesitant fuzzy elements and the relationship between our proposed operators and the existing ones are discussed in detail. Furthermore, the procedure of multicriteria group decision making based on the proposed operators is given under hesitant fuzzy environment. To accurately predict the main economic indices of high technology enterprises in China with nonlinear small sample characteristic, a new method for optimizing Nash nonlinear grey Bernoulli model (Nash NGBM(1,1)) is proposed in this study. Meanwhile, an optimized model is constructed to fully employ the predictive functions of original data information and solve optimum parameters. The process is indicated as follows: First, the merits and the disadvantages of the various approaches for ascertaining the initial conditions of the grey model are analyzed. Then, an optimized predictive function of the NGBM(1,1) is obtained by minimizing the error in the summed squares. Based on the function thus obtained, a nonlinear optimization model is developed to calculate the unknown parameters in the Nash NGBM(1,1). The results from a fluctuating sequence example and an actual case from the opto-electronics industry in Taiwan indicate that the optimized Nash NGBM(1,1) proposed in this paper gives a superior modeling performance. Finally, the main economic indices pertinent to high technology enterprises in China are forecasted using the optimized Nash NGBM(1,1) and relevant suggestions are made. © 2012 Elsevier Ltd. Synchronization of nonlinear dynamical systems with complex variables has attracted much more attention in various fields of science and engineering. In this paper, the problem of parameter identification and adaptive impulsive synchronization for a class of chaotic (hyperchaotic) complex nonlinear systems with uncertain parameters is investigated. Based on the theories of adaptive control and impulsive control, a synchronization scheme is designed to make a class of chaotic and hyperchaotic complex systems asymptotically synchronized, and uncertain parameters are identified simultaneously in the process of synchronization. Particularly, the proposed adaptive-impulsive control laws for synchronization are simple and can be readily applied in practical applications. The synchronization of two identical chaotic complex Chen systems and two identical hyperchaotic complex Lü systems are taken as two examples to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed controllers and identifiers. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht.

This paper investigates the adaptive-impulsive projective synchronization of drive-response delayed complex dynamical networks with time-varying coupling, in which the weights of links between two connected nodes are time varying. By the stability analysis of the impulsive functional differential equation, the sufficient conditions for achieving projective synchronization are obtained, and a hybrid controller, that is, an adaptive feedback controller with impulsive control effects is designed. The numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed synchronization criteria. © 2011 Springer Science+Business Media B.V.

Triangular fuzzy preference relation (TFPR) is an effective framework to model pairwise estimations with imprecision and vagueness. In order to obtain a reliable and rational decision result, it is important to investigate consistency and priority derivation of TFPRs. The paper analyzes existing definitions and properties of consistent TFPRs, and illustrates that they have no invariance with respect to permutations of decision alternatives. A new triangular fuzzy arithmetic based transitivity equation is introduced to define consistent TFPRs. The new transitivity equation reflects multiplicative consistency of modal values and multiplicative consistency of geometric means of triangular fuzzy estimations. Some properties are presented for consistent TFPRs, and a notion of acceptable consistency is put forward for TFPRs. Geometric mean and uncertainty ratio based transformation formulae are devised to convert normalized triangular fuzzy multiplicative weights into consistent TFPRs. A logarithmic least square model is further established for deriving a normalized triangular fuzzy multiplicative weight vector from a TFPR with acceptable consistency. A geometric mean based method is developed to compare and rank triangular fuzzy multiplicative weights. Three numerical examples including a group decision making problem are examined to demonstrate validity and advantages of the proposed models. © 2015 Elsevier Inc.

In this paper, the multi-criteria decision making problem with the assumption that the criteria are correlative is studied under intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Some new aggregation operators for intuitionistic fuzzy information are proposed, including the intuitionistic fuzzy geometric Heronian mean (IFGHM) operator and the intuitionistic fuzzy geometric weighed Heronian mean (IFGWHM) operator. We investigate the properties of the proposed operators, such as idempotency, monotonicity, permutation and boundary. Moreover, an approach is proposed for multi-criteria decision making based on IFGWHM operator. An example about talent introduction is given to illustrate the proposed method. © 2012 Elsevier B.V. Intuitionistic fuzzy set was studied by many authors because it is a powerful technique to depict uncertainty, which is a set containing three functions: the membership function; the nonmembership function; and the hesitancy function. The aggregation of intuitionistic fuzzy values (IFVs) is of paramount importance in decision making. In this paper, we research IFVs aggregation problems, where there exist a prioritization relationship over the aggregated arguments. First, we propose the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized weighted geometric operator based on Archimedean t-conorm and t-norm. Then, some of its desirable properties and special cases are investigated in detail. Furthermore, a multicriteria group decision-making problems is formulated with IFVs using the proposed operator. Finally, the validity and applicability of the proposed method, as well as analysis of the comparison with different generator functions, are illustrated with a real example about talent introduction. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Humans constantly adjust their social relationships and choose new partners of good reputations, thereby promoting the evolution of cooperation. Individuals have to pay a cost to build a reputation, obtain others' information and then make partnership adjustments, yet the conditions under which such costly behaviors are able to evolve remain to be explored. In this model, I assume that individuals have to pay a cost to adjust their partnerships. Furthermore, whether an individual can adjust his partnership based on reputation is determined by his strategic preference, which is updated via coevolution. Using the metaphor of a public goods game where the collective benefit is shared among all members of a group, the coupling dynamics of cooperation and partnership adjustment were numerically simulated. Partner-switching behavior cannot evolve in a public goods game with a low amplification factor. However, such an effect can be exempted by raising the productivity of public goods or the frequency of partnership adjustment. Moreover, costly partner-switching behavior is remarkably promoted by the condition that the mechanism of reputation evaluation considers its prosociality. A mechanism of reputation evaluation that praises both cooperative and partner-switching behaviors allows them to coevolve.

In actuality, for example, the review of the National Science Foundation and the blind peer review of doctoral dissertation in China, the evaluation experts are requested to provide two types of information such as the performance of the evaluation objects and the familiarity with the evaluation areas (called confidence levels). However, existing information aggregation research achievements cannot be used to fusion the two types information described above effectively. In this paper, we focus on the information aggregation issue in the situation where there are confidence levels of the aggregated arguments under intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Firstly, we develop some confidence intuitionistic fuzzy weighted aggregation operators, such as the confidence intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (CIFWA) operator and the confidence intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric (CIFWG) operator. Then, based on the Einstein operations, we proposed the confidence intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (CIFEWA) operator and the confidence intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (CIFEWG) operator. Finally, a practical example about the review of the doctoral dissertation in Chinese universities is provided to illustrate the developed intuitionistic fuzzy information aggregation operators. © 2014 Elsevier B.V.

This paper focuses on research on virtual supply chain networks instead of real supply chain networks by making use of agent technology and computational experiment method. However, the recent research is inefficient in computational experiment modeling and lack of a related methodological framework. This paper proposes an agent-based distributed computational experiment framework with in-depth study of material flow, information flow and time flow modeling in supply chain networks. In this framework, a matrix-based formal representation method for material flow, a task-centered representation method for information flow and an agent-based time synchronization mechanism for time flow are proposed to aid building a high quality computational experiment model for a multi-layer supply chain network. In order to conduct the model, a computational experiment architecture for virtual supply chain networks is proposed. In this architecture, coordination mechanisms among agents based on material flow, information flow and time flow as well as consistency check methods for computational experiment models are discussed. Finally, an implementation architecture of the framework is given and a case of virtual supply chain network is developed to illustrate the application of the framework. The computational experiment results of the case show that the proposed framework, not only feasible but correct, has sound advantages in virtual supply chain network development, computational experiment modeling and implementation. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd.
