An anti process variation self-adjustable on-chip oscillator has been disclosed according to the present invention. The on-chip oscillator includes the following components integrated on a same chip: a reference oscillation unit for producing reference pulse; an oscillation unit to be adjusted for producing output pulse; and a self-adjustable logic control unit for receiving the reference pulse and output pulse, and for transmitting a corresponding adjustment signal to the oscillation unit to be adjusted based on the received reference pulse and output pulse to control the oscillation unit to be adjusted to perform the frequency adjustment to the output pulse. The reference pulse required for adjusting the frequency can be generated by the reference oscillation unit integrated on-chip, so that self-adjustment can be achieved on-chip, decrease the cost of the chip compared with off-chip adjustment.

The present invention provides an angular velocity detection method adopting a bi-directional full reciprocal coupling optoelectronic oscillator, which is implemented on an optical carrier microwave gyroscope. The optical carrier microwave gyroscope is a bi-directional resonant optical carrier microwave angular velocity measurement device sharing one optical fiber loop. The core of the method lies in that the Sagnac effect is sensed using a bi-directional optical carrier microwave resonant cavity, where the optical carrier microwave resonant cavity employs a coupling optoelectronic oscillator to achieve a bi-directional full reciprocal optical fiber path, and non-reciprocity error of the resonant cavity is eliminated effectively. The angular velocity detection method has features of high-precision, easy implementation and low costs.

A brief overview of recently reported green routes for synthesizing zeolites, including reduction or elimination of organic templates, use of green solvents such as ionic liquids (ILs) or complete elimination of solvent, and efficient heating of the starting gels. To overcome the disadvantages of using organic templates, nontoxic templates and template recycling steps have been employed in zeolite syntheses. The best way to reduce the aqueous wastes is a solvent-free (solventless) synthetic green route. Microwave-assisted synthesis of zeolites in the absence of solvents and organic templates would be a simple, fast, low-cost, environmentally benign, and safe route, which completely fulfills the requirements of green chemistry. The solvent-free synthesis of zeolites raises many questions in terms of its potential for large-scale applications, including the role of the initial grinding, the mechanism of solvent-free synthesis, the interaction between the organic SDAs and the silica, and the properties of the products.
