In this paper, the basic structure and characteristics of KYC carding machine from OCTIR company of Italy are introduced. Study of the mixing theory and improvement of the mixing technology as well as the transformation of related parts of carding machine and transmission system are used to realize the scientific configuration of the distance, speed, ratio of carding process parameters. The echelon spacing, increasing ratio of technology were be used to achieve synergistic effects of its core technology parameters, reduce the force of the fiber effectively, ensure the cashmere soft carding and fiber length damage minimization, attain the actual production effect of high speed and low damage. To improve the production efficiency and product quality, yarn evenness, the indicators have reached the first-class standard of cashmere knitting. Source

Spinning of cashmere waste can save resources, and it is an effective way to protect the ecological environment. In this paper, through the analysis of the opening cashmere waste types and structure, selecting the appropriate cylinder metal card clothing, the tight spacing and low speed carding were balanced the relationship between cashmere carding effect and damage degree. Combined with the spinning roller drafting principle, the drafting equipment and technology configuration were optimized, make full use of the characteristics of the equipment in after-spinning, the related parts were remaked, compensate for the limitations of too large roller holding distance and the length floating zone. The poor spinnability of cashmere waste was successful spinning high count cashmere yarn, the technology also has great significance to improve the conventional spinning technology of cashmere yarn.
