This study is designed to the new spinning technology of pure cashmere yarn with color fiber circle. The cashmere particles were made through optimizing raw materials, simplifying the pretreatment process of the color circle, improved the adhesion properties of the color fiber circle to the yarn. With the equipment modification, it optimized the process parameters of the roll gap, ratio in the carding machine. It can reduce the damage of Needle distribution uniformity in the production, solve the problem of the color circle and background color point with "comb" and "not comb" contradiction. The experimental results show that the consistency of single yarn strength, elongation, evenness indexes were improved used the new.spinning technology,the breakage rate was low, 8 batches of speck yarn have reached the firstclass standard. It finds the way to produce the varied new-spinning yam with color fiber circle efficiently.
