We present the results of simultaneous multiwavelength observations of the blazar PKS 0537- 441 performed with the Rapid Eye Mount telescope (REM) and Swift in the period 2009-2011. During our campaign, PKS 0537-441 showed prominent activity with well-correlated light curves from near-infrared to X-rays in different time epochs. The multiwavelength light curves exhibit several significant flares, in which the 2009 November flare particularly presents a double-peak feature, while the 2010 February flare shows strong optical variability (up to a factor of~5). The REM data show smaller fractional variability amplitudes than the Swift data. There is a general correlation between optical and X-rays, time-lags have been determined with data correlation methods and their uncertainties with Monte Carlo runs, but they are either very uncertain or too long (of the order of 300 d) to be physically relevant. The X-ray spectra exhibit neither absorption nor emission features characteristically. A slight harderwhen- brighter trend in the 2-10 keV energy band is detected. The optical/ultraviolet spectra suggest the presence of thermal emission. We find evidence that the broad-band spectrum is steeper when the degree of variability is larger. © 2016 The Authors. Metamaterial absorber (MMA), as a kind of new-style artificial absorption material, has been extensively researched and discussed. Currently, however, the research focuses mainly on the development and application of the novel structure MMA, and only little work is aimed at the physical mechanism of the MMA. In order to deeply understand the absorption mechanism, in this paper, the numerical simulation results of an MMA are given. Then, based on the reflection theory modal, the numerical simulation results are well discussed and explained in detail. It is found that the theoretical results agree well with that of the simulation, which suggests that the reflection theory modal is effective for analyzing the absorption mechanism of the MMA. The main contributions of this paper are to quantitatively discuss and explain the absorption mechanism of the MMA by using the reflection theory and thus offer a consultation in design and fabrication of the advanced MMA for engineers. © 2017, Electromagnetics Academy. In recent years, computer technology and multimedia technology have been developing rapidly; and information technology, the representative, has been widely penetrated into many courses. Thus, for the current status of research and practical music audio processing needs and the particularity of music causes some problems with the application of computing technology in music creation at present, such as some forefront music theories and technology can not be well applied in music practice., this paper argues, the music element analysis technology is the key to this research field, and on this basis, proposes a new framework music processing - Music calculation system, the core objective is to study intelligently and automatically identifies various elements of music information and analyze the information used in constructing the music content, and intelligent retrieval method translated. To achieve the above core research objectives, the paper advocates will be closely integrated music theory and calculation methods, the promotion of integrated use of music theory, cognitive psychology, music, cognitive science, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, signal processing theory to solve the music signal analysis identify the problem. © 2018, Springer International Publishing AG.

RNase5 is an important member of the RNASE A superfamily. It has been considered as an intriguing model in molecular evolution studies.17 species belong to 10 families from three evolution branches of Rodentia are analysised. RNase5 is detected in each genome by TBlastN and BlastN, which suggest the gene is losted in all species of Ctenohystrica after the evolution clade formed. Reconstructed RNase5 trees based on both Neighbor-Joining and Maximum likelihood methods supported three independent gene duplications are observed in Mus Musculus, Rattus norvegicus and Peromyscus maniculatus in the mouse-related clade suborder.Strong positive selection was detected in the branch model, site model and branch-site model of PAML.In sum, the present work demonstrated the diversity about RNase5 studies, that provides an important foundation for further studies adaptive evolution mechanism of the RNase5. © 2017, Science Press. The paper addresses the problem of flexible Workflow Management Systems (WFMS) in distributed environment. Concerning the serious deficiency of flexibility in the current workflow systems, we describe how our FlexFlow workflow system meets the requirements of interoperability, scalability, flexibility, dependability and adaptability. With an additional route engine, the execution path will be adjusted dynamically according to the execution conditions so as to improve the flexibility and dependability of the system. A dynamic register mechanism of domain engines is introduced to improve the scalability and adaptability of the system. We describe functionalities, collaborations and process state diagrams of our system. The system is general purpose and open: it has been designed and implemented as a set of CORBA services. The system serves as an example of the use of middleware technologies to provide a fault-tolerant execution environment for long running distributed applications. The system also provides a mechanism for communication of distributed components in order to support inter-organizational WFMS. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This work studies the reconstruction of high-speed roll grinder for sculptured surfaces with high feed rates. Experiments and predictions were focused on representative surfaces of dies and molds, whose geometric complexity and complexity distribution were modified parametrically. CNC programs for machining these surfaces were executed in a HERKULES HSF2CNC machining center with a SIEMENS 840D controller, with different levels of programmed feed rate. Discrepancies between programmed and actual feed rates were evaluated. A mechanistic approach for roll grinder in high-speed milling of sculptured surfaces is proposed. The mechanistic model construction is based on: (a) the frequency distribution of linear interpolation path lengths in the CNC program and (b) a characterization of the machine tool for brisk and smooth movements. Two case studies were used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The reconstruction model is capable of the manufacturing. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In this paper, a design issue related to the multi-agent based industrial intelligent monitor processing system (IIMPS) in distributed substations is proposed. Multiagent-oriented programming might be the new trend of software programming after object-oriented programming. Multagentoriented approach uses a higher-level point of view to see the problems. We comment on the characteristics of industrial monitor problems and claim that the multi-agent system (MAS) is a good choice to solve problems with these characteristics. The proposed multi-agent based IIMPS is able to analyze industrial all real messages to assist human operators in identifying associated events. A prototype MAS with JAVA-based GUI used to integrate the existing SCADA system and as the user interface for operators to perform will be discussed in the paper. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Based on the Bifunctional Method, a new heterometallic cluster-based framework (FJI-7) with the coexistence of Cu4I4 cluster and binuclear [(Dy)2(COO)3(DMF)2], has been successfully synthesized and structurally characterized. This FJI-7 structure exhibits a 3-dimensional framework with Lewis basic pyridinyl sites and magnetic centre simultaneously. Additionally, its sorption behavior and magnetic property are also investigated. © 2016 Elsevier Inc.

Chiral metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have recently received great attention in enantioselective catalysis and chiral separation areas because of their unusual properties such as high surface areas, diverse topologies and excellent chemical and thermal stability. A three-dimensional chiral MOF [Mn3 (HCOO4· (D-Cam)]n with homochiral chain was used as stationary phase for column A (30 m×250 μ m i. d.) and column B (5 m×75 μ m i. d.) in gas chromatography. We investigated the coating properties of stationary phase by scanning electron microscope (SEM) on capillary column inner wall and the thermal stability by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Some racemates, alkanes and isomers were used as targets for separation on column B. The experimental results showed that the stationary phase also possessed good separation ability toward these organic compounds.
