Based on a well-known Lie algebra, the multicomponent Guo hierarchy with self-consistent sources is proposed. With the help of a set of non-semisimple Lie algebra, the nonlinear bi-integrable couplings of the multicomponent Guo hierarchy with self-consistent sources are obtained. It enriches the content of the integrable couplings of hierarchies with self-consistent sources. The formation of catenated systems can be simplified greatly if one or more rings are generated via self-assembly. Herein we exploit the orthogonality of coordination-driven self-assembly and crown-ether host-guest complexation to obtain a molecular necklace and a molecular necklace based on a well-developed recognition motif of 1,2-bis(pyridinium)ethane/dibenzocrown- 8. By adapting the bis(pyridinium) motif into the backbone of a donor building block, the resulting semirigid dipyridyl species can serve both as a structural element in the formation of metallacycles and as a site for subsequent host-guest chemistry. The pseudolinear nature of the donor precursor lends itself to the formation of triangular and hexagonal central metallacycles based on the complementary acceptor unit used. This exemplary system organizes up to 18 molecules from three unique species in solution to afford a single supramolecular ensemble. © 2014 American Chemical Society.

According to the characteristics of soil erosion, with the support of geographical information system (GIS), the author use the method of soil erosion factor weight evaluation to achieve a assessment study of the potential risk of soil erosion. First of all, the author defined the impact factor on soil erosion and set up the index model; Second, the extraction methods of impact factor was discussed in the paper; according to soil erosion assessment standard promulgated by MWR (Ministry of Water Resources), the soil erosion risk was divided into 5 levels; finally, in order to show the size of the soil erosion risk of the area, the author put forward the soil erosion risk index. To Zaozhuang, for example, by comprehensive considering the four elements--terrain slope, the vegetation coverage, the underlying surface attribute and the soil type, the author studied the risk assessment of the soil erosion and spatial distribution characteristics in this region. The analysis and evaluation results can be meaning for the prevention and control of soil erosion, environmental protection,ecological maintaining and the rational development and utilization of land resources in Zaozhuang to provide a scientific basis in the future. © Sila Science. Based on remote sensing and ecological survey data, paper selected eight categories of typical ecological factors, defined the grades and weight of their impact on the ecological environment, and assessed the ecological sensitivity of Taierzhuang with GIS technology and weighted superposition method. Ecology sensitivity of land was divided into five categories through fuzzy clustering and consolidation of small area polygons. The results showed that extremely sensitive area accounted for 15.54%, highly sensitive area accounted for 8.5%, moderately sensitive area accounted for 21.63%, light sensitive area accounted for 51.02% and non-sensitive area accounted for 11.82%. The ecology sensitivity in Taierzhuang totally was low. © 2011 IEEE.

Gap junctions mediate direct communication between cells; however, toxicological cascade triggered by nonessential metals can abrogate cellular signaling mediated by gap junctions. Although cadmium (Cd) is known to induce apoptosis in organs and tissues, the mechanisms that underlie gap junction activity in Cd-induced apoptosis in BRL 3A rat liver cells has yet to be established. In this study, we showed that Cd treatment decreased the cell index (a measure of cellular electrical impedance) in BRL 3A cells. Mechanistically, we found that Cd exposure decreased expression of connexin 43 (Cx43), increased expression of p-Cx43 and elevated intracellular free Ca(2+) concentration, corresponding to a decrease in gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction blockage pretreatment with 18-glycyrrhizic acid (GA) promoted Cd-induced apoptosis, involving changes in expression of Bax, Bcl-2, caspase-3 and the mitochondrial transmembrane electrical potential (m). Additionally, GA was found to enhance ERK and p38 activation during Cd-induced activation of mitogen-activated protein kinases, but had no significant effect on JNK activation. Our results indicated the apoptosis-related proteins and the ERK and p38 signaling pathways may participate in gap junction blockage promoting Cd-induced apoptosis in BRL 3A cells.

In this paper, the preparation of PANI was investigated via in secondary doping in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization. We use NH2SO3H as dopant, and HP3O4, H2SO4 or HCl as secondary dopant, respectively. The influencing of products conductivity was discussed about difference secondary dopant with changing concentration. The synthesized polymer composites are characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and four probe conductivity apparatus. The results show that in redoping process, the conductivity of PANI was 3.1746 S/cm when the concentration of HCl was 1.0 mol/L. Meanwhile, the thermal stability of PANI prepared with HP3O4 or H2SO4 as secondary dopant was better than HCl as secondary dopant. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Aimengniu (hereafter AMN), cultivated by Shandong Agricultural University, is a renowned Chinese winter wheat germplasm. The purpose of this study was to dissect the genetic difference among the 7 AMN-derived types in homoeologous group 1. The translocation between chromosomes 1B and 1R was identified in the 7 AMN-derived types (AMNI to AMNVII) using molecular markers and genomic in situ hybridization (GISH). Amplified with the specific primers for 1R and 1B, the AMNI and AMNIII plants showed the presence of normal 1B chromatin, and the remaining types had both 1RS and 1BL but not 1BS and 1RL chromatin. The GISH result confirmed the replacement of 1BS by 1RS in AMNII, AMNIV, AMNV, AMNVI, and AMNVII plants; and the typical common wheat karyotype was observed in AMNI and AMNIII plants. In addition, genetic differences among the 7 AMN-derived types in homoeologous group 1 were detected using 138 polymorphic markers. Three markers, Xwmc336 and Xmag1884 on chromosome 1A and Xgwm124 on chromosome 1B, amplified specific segments of AMNV. The effects of the different content of cement-sand ratio,fineness modulus of sand, heavy calcium carbonate and high alumina cement on the self-leveling mortar was studied according to orthogonal experiment.The results show that when cement-sand ratio is 1.33, fineness modulus of sand is 2.2, heavy alumina is 20%, alumina cement is 10%, the mix amount of mortar is optimum. Various zinc salts were used as the catalysts for the synthesis of propylene carbonate (PC) from urea and 1,2-propylene glycerol (PG). Among these catalysts, ZnCl2 presented the best catalytic performance. Besides, the effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst amounts on catalytic performance were explored over ZnCl2 as the model catalyst in the present work. It indicates that under the optimal reaction conditions of urea 3.0 g, PG 7.62 g, reaction temperature 170 ℃, reaction time 3 h, catalyst amount 0.4 g, PC yield can reach 82.9%. FTIR characterization further reveals that the catalytic performances of these catalysts are related to their abilities of activation of urea decomposition into isocyanic acid. Some intermediate species are formed from interact of isocyanic acid and catalyst. PC is finally produced by PG reaction with these active species. In addition, a possible reaction mechanism was proposed on the basis of catalytic test and characterization results. ©, 2015, Editorial Office of Chemical Engineering (China). All right reserved.

This paper studies consumption characteristics of females of different ages in tourism e-commerce by subdividing female tourism e-commerce market.
