A special analysis was made for the damage of the filter bags and the deformation of the framework that caused a dropping of them into the blow eggs, which render the emission of the stack gas exceeds the standard value even reduces the blow eggs to failure to carry the dust a-way. For this, related countermeasures were put forward accordingly. It concludes that the carrying force for the blow-egg system shall equal to or greater than the required one of would-be removed amount of dust and not to operate the dust catcher at high dust level for long time as much as possible so that the deformation of the framework would not happen and less damage to the filter bags.
