Based on analysis of the nature of the copper ore by XRD, chemical analysis, copper phase, flotation was adopted to concentrate copper from the copper ore. Particle size, the amount of dispersant and collector, the times of concentrating and scavenging were researched. Butyl xanthate as collector 80g/t, water glass as dispersant 300g/t, grinding fineness 85%, thrice concentrating and once scavenging, at this condition, a copper concentrate of 22.47% Cu with a recovery of 85.85% is produced. The utilization of copper resource can be improved by this good mineral processing index. © Sila Science. All Rights Reserved.
