The internal temperature distribution in the mold of different electric tube power was discussed by theoretical calculation and thermal simulation analysis. The results indicate that the internal temperature is 450-550°C when the electric tube power is at 220 V, when the power is at 180 V, the internal temperature is 350-450°C, both differ about 100°C. The designed mold according to the results can satisfy the production needs. It provides theoretical guidance for the heating system of copper rotor die-casting mold.
