In order to alleviate the contradictions about water resources shortage and socio-economic development in Northern Shaanxi, the water resources and their availability were studied. Through use the method of surface water resources deducte river ecological basic flow and flood discharge, calculated the surface available water resources and total available water resources of Northern Shaanxi, summarized their distribution characteristics. Study result showed that the available water resources of Northern Shaanxi is low, only 1.6 billion m3, available rate is 40%, water resources and their availability principally distribute in Yulin. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Image Quality Assessment (IQA) is widely used in digital image processing, and No Reference IQA (NR-IQA) has become the research focus recently. This paper proposes an NR-IQA method based on local structure, which chooses strong structure areas by using local gradients, and assesses the quality of image by utilizing the Maximum Local Gradients (MLG) of strong structure areas. The main novelties are: pixel's quality assessment based on MLG; whole image quality based on strong edge points' quality. The proposed method can assess noise image and blur image at the same time, and the score of the proposed method is smaller when the distortion is more serious. The results show that the proposed no-reference method for the quality prediction of noise and blur images has a comparable performance to the leading metrics available in literature. © 2015, Science Press. This paper generates some insights into consumer preferences for wine bottle design. This can be studied from different attributes, such as shape, picture, country of origin, closure, label information, and volume. By applying conjoint analysis, an interesting finding is that the shape for wine bottle design is of least importance, and country of origin is perceived as the most important attribute in this study, which has received little evidence in previous research in the field of wine packaging design. Therefore, the results in this study have some implications for wine bottle designers and wine marketers. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

The foundation backfill materials with pulverized coal ash and admixture gypsum fly ash were studied. The laboratory experiments were designed to determine its compaction characteristics, compressibility, intensity and bearing capacity of foundation with different mixture ratio. Dry density and strength property of fly ash with different water content were analysed. The result shows that the modulus, strength and foundation bearing capacity all have been greatly improved when gypsum was added into fly ash The proper mix proportion of the gypsum fly ash is very suitable for engineering application and this research provides a scientific reference for the similar projects. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In this paper, new classes of generalized convex functions called uniform K-(F-b, rho)- convex, uniform K-(Fb,ρ)- pseudoconvex, uniform K-(Fb,ρ)-quasiconvex functions are defined using K-directional derivative and K-sub differential. Multiobjective semi-infinite programming involving these generalized convex functions is researched, some Mond-Weir type duality results are obtained. © 2013 IEEE.

L 1-solutions of the following two-direction refinement equations is studied:(equation) where α are constant real number and α>l,β o<···<β N are also real numbers. It was proved that the vector space of all L 1-solutions of the above equation is at most 1-dimensional by the Fourier techniques and iterated function systems. The sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence of nontrivial L 1-solutions of the two-direction refinement equation as well as for the nonexistence of such solutions are given. Moreover, it is easy for verification.

A robust and effective composite film combined the benefits of Nafion, room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) and multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) was prepared. Hemoglobin (Hb) was successfully immobilized on glassy carbon electrode surface by entrapping in the composite film. Direct electrochemistry and electrocatalysis of immobilized Hb were investigated in detail. A pair of well-defined and quasi-reversible redox peaks of Hb was obtained in 0.10 mol·L-1 pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution (PBS), indicating that the Nafion-RTIL-MWNTs film showed an obvious promotion for the direct electron transfer between Hb and the underlying electrode. The immobilized Hb exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of H 2O2. The catalysis current was linear to H 2O2 concentration in the range of 2.0×10 -6 to 2.5×10-4 mol·L-1, with a detection limit of 8.0×10-7 mol·L-1 (S/N=3). The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant (Km app) was calculated to be 0.34 mmol·L-1. Moreover, the modified electrode displayed a good stability and reproducibility. Based on the composite film, a third-generation reagentless biosensor could be constructed for the determination of H2O2. Directly electrochemistry of Hb was achieved through entrapping it in Nafion-RTIL-MWNTs composite film. The integration of RTILs and MWNTs provided a remarkable synergistic promotion for the direct electron transfer between Hb and the underlying electrode. The immobilized Hb showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of H2O2. The notion of weak interior derived operator is introduced in this paper. It is proved that, for a given set X, an order relation ≤ can be defined on WE(X) (the set of all weak interior derived operators on X) such diat (WK(X) ,≤) is a complete lattice which is isomorphic to ( CS(X) ,⊆) ( the set of all closure systems on X). An isomorphism also can be established between corresponding categories. Therefore, any closure system can be determined by a weak interior derived operator. Finally the properties of category of weak interior derived spaces are studied.

A robust and effective composite film based on geuam gum (GG) and hydrophilic ionic liquid (ILs) 1-heptyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chloride ([HMIM]Cl) was prepared. The composite film can be readily used as an immobilization matrix to entrap cytochrome c (Cyt c). UV-Vis spectroscopy showed that Cyt c retained its native structure in the composite film. A pair of well-defined and quasi-reversible redox peaks of Cyt c was obtained in 0.10 mol • L-1 pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution (PBS) at the GG-Cyt c-ILs composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (GG-Cyt c-ILs/GCE), indicating the direct electron transfer between Cyt c and the underlying electrode. The electron transfer rate constant (ks) of Cyt c on the electrode surface was 3.87 s-1. The GG-Cyt c-ILs/GCE showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of H2O2. The catalytic peak current was linear to H2O2 concentration in the range of 1.0×10-6~2.7×10-4 mol • L-1, with a detection limit of 5.0×10-7 mol • L-1. The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) was estimated to be 0.56 mmol • L-1. Based on the GG-ILs composite film, a third-generation reagentless biosensor could be constructed for the determination of H2O2.

To enrich the theory of nonsmooth programming,based on the conceptions of uniform (Fb ,ρ)-convex, uniform (Fb, ρ)-pseudoconvex, and uniform (Fb , ρ)-quasiconvex functions, a class of nonsmooth fractional semi-infinite programming involving these generalized convexity are researched. Some sufficient optimality conditions for the above nonsmooth fractional semi- infinite programming are proved by reduction to absurdity method.
