An oxygen sensing device with capability of storing energy and releasing energy including an oxygen sensing unit, a gas storing unit, and a control unit. The oxygen sensing unit includes a solid oxide electrolyte disposed between two conductive catalyst layers. The control unit includes a power source, a voltmeter, and a power output circuit. The power source provides electrical power to these conductive catalyst layers of the oxygen sensing unit to process a catalytic reaction and generate hydrocarbons for being stored in the gas storing unit. The voltmeter senses a voltage generated by the oxygen sensing unit when the oxygen sensing unit senses oxygen. The oxygen sensing unit makes the hydrocarbons stored in the gas storing unit and oxygen process a chemical reaction for generating electrical power to the power output circuit. The oxygen sensing unit uses the power source to generate hydrogen or syngas.


The invention presents a self-optimizing deployment scheme and device for indoor small cell. Based on time division multiplexing access (TDMA) resource assignment, an adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) based self-optimizing deployment cascade control (SODCC) device is proposed for indoor small cell to enable easy installation, multi-user (MU)service reliability, optimum throughput, power saving, minimum interference and good cell coverage. The proposed SODCC device is designed with a cascade architecture, which mainly contains an ANFIS based initial power setting controller (IPSC) in the first unit, an ANFIS based channel quality index (CQI) decision controller (CQIDC) in the second unit and an ANFIS based self-optimizing power controller (SOPC) in the third unit. In addition, a protection mechanism of the self-optimizing power controller is included in the SODCC device to prevent the co-channel is interference from the moving users of adjacent cells.

A method for generating a color QR code includes: generating a grayscale image according to a color image; providing a QR code and dividing the grayscale image into the number of grayscale image modules matching module numbers of the QR code; generating a threshold mask image from grayscale image modules; cutting out each center block from center part of each grayscale image module and calculating characteristics values of the center blocks; identifying color of each module of the QR code, and comparing the characteristics values of the center blocks of the grayscale image to the corresponding threshold value compensated by robustness value to identify center blocks needing pixel luminance adjustment; dividing the center blocks needing pixel luminance adjustment into multiple layers of blocks; adjusting pixel luminance of the multiple layers of blocks using the robustness value times with corresponding weightings; and generating a fused color QR code.


Disclosed are a cost-effective light source device that can eliminate highlights or hotspots and reduce halo phenomenon on resistor surface and a method for reading resistor value with computer vision, in which an image of a body of a resistor is extracted through irradiation by an annular light source and reflection by a replaceable diffuse reflection hood such as paper box, paper bowl, or paper cup inside pasted with white paper and extraction by an image extraction device, followed by a series of image processing operations conducted by a control unit to calculate a disposition angle of the resistor in an image. Luminous elements on opposite axial ends of the resistor are activated, according to the disposition angle, for illumination, while luminous elements on opposite lateral sides of the resistor are shut down so that a clear color resistor image can be obtained.

Glycerol, a byproduct derived from the production of biodiesel, is currently in an oversupply crisis worldwide. One approach to alleviate this problem is to transform glycerol into valuable chemicals such as hydrogen and syngas. Pyrolysis, steam reforming, partial oxidation, autothermal reforming, and aqueous-phase reforming are promising routes for the catalytic conversion of glycerol. However, certain challenges are still limiting their development. Recent advances in catalyst design, reactor engineering, and theoretical chemistry have enabled us to understand glycerol valorization on macro- and microscopic scales, and may help overcome existing thresholds. With the synergistic efforts of these tools, glycerol may no longer be a burden, but a valuable resource of hydrogen and syngas in the near future. A real time monitoring system and a method thereof of an optical film manufacturing process are provided. The real time monitoring system includes a plurality of production systems and a cloud big data platform which connects to the plurality of production systems. The process data of the production line is collected by as production line data collector of the production system. The process data is uploaded to a database of the cloud big data platform. The historical process data across the plurality of production systems can be combined as a process waveform feature by a profile database. A processor connects to the database and the profile database. The differences between the process data and the process waveform feature are compared in real time. When the difference value exceeds a threshold value, an abnormal message is sent to the corresponding production line.
