[OBJECT] Glue-joint failure of upper and lower sheets of a gypsum board can be surely detected at an early stage with a simple arrangement, and detecting equipment systems can be relatively easily provided in positions of the gypsum board production line, spaced apart a distance in a conveyance direction. [SOLUTION] A light emission part (51, 52) is located on one side of a continuous layered formation (W). The light emission part projects a laser light () toward an edge portion of the formation. The laser light extends in a direction intersecting a conveyance direction of the forming belt (40). A light receiving part (53, 54), which receives the laser light of the light emission part, is opposed to the light emission part and located on the opposite side of the formation. The laser light passes through an area above an upper surface of the formation at least partially and is partially blocked by rising of the edge portion of the formation. The control device (70) determines occurrence of the glue-joint failure on the basis of whether the quantity of light received by the light receiving part is reduced by at least a predetermined value or a predetermined rate, and provides or gives a visual display or a warning of the occurrence of glue-joint failure by display means or warning means (71, 72).

The present invention provides: a composition for treating debris in order to separate earth and sand from the debris that contains the earth and sand adhered thereto, the composition containing 0.1 to 10 mass parts of a polymer flocculant relative to 100 mass parts of gypsum, in which the gypsum has a BSA specific surface area of 15000 cm^(2)/g or less, and the polymer flocculant takes a form of a powder containing 95% or more of particles having a particle size of 200 m or less; and a method for treating debris including a treatment step of adding 10 to 100 kg of the gypsum and 0.01 to 10 kg of the polymer flocculant to 1 m^(3) of the debris containing earth and sand adhered thereto, and then kneading the resultant mixture, and a separation step of separating a kneaded product obtained in the treatment step into the debris and the earth and sand adhered to the debris. According to the present invention, it is made possible to, easily, simply, and efficiently, separate earth and sand from debris that contains the earth and sand agglutinated thereto without exerting a bad influence on the environment, such separation being a prerequisite for the disposal of an enormous amount of debris produced through the mingling of the substances destroyed and torn by strong force of tsunami or the like with the earth and sand carried by tsunami or the like.

Provided is a coloring agent composition to be added to a gypsum-containing raw material powder constituting a gypsum product and to be used for coloring the gypsum product, the coloring agent composition being a powder containing a pigment, calcined gypsum, and amorphous silica. A process for producing the coloring agent composition includes a first step of mixing a pigment, calcined gypsum, and amorphous silica to obtain a mixed powder. Use of the coloring agent composition makes it possible to easily produce gypsum products such as a powder and a hardened body that are excellent in colorability.

[Object] Behavior of a flow of foam or foaming agent ejected to a gypsum slurry can be stabilized, and a relatively large amount of foam or foaming agent can be homogeneously or uniformly dispersed in the slurry. [Solution] A mixer (10) has a mixing area (10a) for preparing gypsum slurry(3), a slurry delivery section (4) for delivering the slurry from the mixing area, and a feeding port (60) for feeding foam (M) or a foaming agent to the slurry in the mixing area and/or the slurry delivery section under pressure. The slurry having the foam mixed therein is supplied to a production line (1) for forming gypsum boards or gypsum-based boards. The feeding port is provided with a partition member (62,64,65) dividing an ejecting region (61,61). The ejecting region is divided into a plurality of openings (63), which simultaneously eject the foam or forming agent to the slurry.

As a lower forming plate 8, a forming plate having: a lower plate main body 10 constituted from an electrically conductive material; and a lower embedded electrode 12 embedded in the lower plate main body 10, the lower embedded electrode 12 being electrically insulated from the lower plate main body 10 by an insulator 14 and being embedded so as for a portion thereof to be exposed on the surface of the lower plate main body 10 making contact with a lower lining paper sheet 16 is used.

The present invention intends to provide a practically valuable insolubilizing material for a designated hazardous substance (a heavy metal or the like) and an insolubilization method using the insolubilizing material for a designated hazardous substance, the insolubilizing material and method: making it possible to conduct treatment in a neutral region from start to finish to effectively insolubilize and immobilize a heavy metal or the like, which is contained in soil and the vicinity of the surface of the soil and which has adverse effects on health, by adding the insolubilizing material to the soil to mix with the soil, or spraying the insolubilizing material on the soil; and making the treated matter reusable, environmentally friendly, and neutral without fail. In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention provides an insolubilizing material for a designated hazardous substance, making it possible to conduct treatment to soil so that the soil does not reach a strongly basic region of a pH of 11 or more from start to finish, the insolubilizing material containing: a water-soluble aluminum compound not being strongly basic and not being amorphous; and at least one concomitant component selected from the group consisting of calcium compounds, magnesium compounds, and phosphate compounds each not being strongly basic.
