This paper summarized the characteristics of the traditional computer teaching, through analysis, it pointed out the deficiencies of the traditional computer teaching in the process. This paper introduced MOOC(massive open online teaching), explained its merits in teaching with details. Taking computer application course in vocational college as experimental subject, study on effect of multimedia MOOC teaching system on the course were conducted. Study shows that multimedia MOOC teaching systems can greatly improve students ' enthusiasm for computer learning, it can improve students ' learning efficiency with online interact learning and personalized learning, it also increases application efficiency of educational resources. Multimedia MOOC systems is more adaptive to the needs of our time, but there are also some weakness, this paper put forward improvement suggestions for the system hoping to contribute a little for wide application of multimedia MOOC system.

This paper presents that the curve of soil settlement induced by small-interval double-bore parallel shield tunnel construction conforms with the normal distribution, and summarizes the calculation method for surface settlement. Aiming at the deficiencies of various calculation methods, the modified 2D Peck formula is established to calculate the deep soil settlement while considering the asymmetry of the settlement curve. Based on the research of calculation parameters, the measured results show that iTotal/iAdvancing tunnel (i: width coefficient of the settlement trough) decreases linearly with the increase of h/D, thus giving the formula for iTotal and ηTotal (η: Soil loss rate). Additionally, this paper firstly proposes the coefficient C of relative horizontal distance between two tunnel axes (C<0.6; C=L/(h+R)), to which the shape of the total ground settlement curve is related. According to the case study, the predicted values agree with the measured ones and the calculation is relatively simple.

The safety management of tower cranes is a systematic engineering. Focused on the complexity and uncertainty of the safety evaluation of tower cranes, D-S evidence theory is applied to evaluate the the safety conditions of tower cranes in service, the safety risk assessment index system of tower cranes is built and the specific and improved algorithm of the evidence theory is given. through example calculation, this method is proved is feasible, effective and applicable in the safety evaluation of tower cranes. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

This paper studies on methods taken in solving the existing network disorders in network intrusion detection. Traditional parameter-optimized Support Vector Machine (SVM) may easily generate improper parameter-selections, and may further lead to a low accuracy in network intrusion detection. In order to overcome such problems, so well as to ensure the network security, this paper tries to put forward with a Genetic Algorithm optimized Support Vector Machine in network intrusion detection. For this purpose, some procedures have to be taken. Firstly the network intrusion data should be normalized and simplified for inputs, and then to obtain optimal parameters through the parameteroptimization for SVM with a Genetic Algorithm; Finally to get network intrusion results through detecting the network data normalized by an optimal Support Vector Machine (SVM) model. The simulating results show that, compared with the traditional network intrusion detection methods, the optimized Support Vector Machine (SVM) model with a Genetic Algorithm has a high accuracy, and a low rate of losing or false alarms, and is proved to be effective in network intrusion detection.

This paper studies on methods taken in optimizing the existing vehicle scheduling problems in logistic operations. This paper proposes a new vehicle scheduling algorithm based on Cloud Computing and Neural Network to meet quality requirements and customer satisfaction which cannot be done by applying algorithm based only on Cloud Computing. The new algorithm made a parameterized settling model, taking all the service quality and the user's satisfaction into consideration, to calculate the overall satisfaction on various resources, and then assign them to meet every user's needs, so as to achieve an equilibrium resource execution. The application of the improved neural network will accomplish the vehicle scheduling. The result of the test for the models above shows that the new algorithm can meet various user's needs to improve their satisfaction, and meanwhile to improve the resource distribution rate as well as the system resources utilization frequency.

Applying advanced multimedia technology into physical education teaching to fulfill organic combination between multimedia technology and physical education teaching can not only in line with the characteristics of physical education teaching but also adapt to objective requirements for students' development in an all-around way in the new age, which is of vital importance for cultivating students' good interests and motivation in sports. Aiming at the current status of application of multimedia technology in physical education teaching, this article takes the influence of physical education multimedia teaching on students' sports motivation as an entry point, and collects the opinions of students in schools towards multimedia teaching by means of questionnaire survey and information searching to explore the influence of physical education multimedia teaching on students' sports motivation which is based on traditional teaching methods. At last, the relevant issues are summarized for application of multimedia teaching methods.

Anti-fatigue properties of tartary buckwheat extracts (TBE) was investigated in male Kunming mice. The animals were divided into four groups. The first group, designated as the control group (control), was administered with distilled water by gavage every day for 28 days. The other three groups, designated as TBE treatment groups, were administered with TBE of 60, 120 and 240 mg/kg body weight, respectively, by gavage every day for 28 days. Exhaustive swimming time, blood lactic acid (BLA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), tissue glycogen, glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of mice after swimming were determined. The results showed that tartary buckwheat extracts had anti-fatigue properties, which extended the exhaustive swimming time of mice, effectively inhibiting the increase of BLA, decreasing the level of BUN, increasing the tissue glycogen content and the activities of SOD and GPx of mice. However, further study is needed to elucidate the exact mechanism of the effect of TBE on fatigue. © 2011 by the authors; licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.

The purpose of the present study was designed to investigate the protective effects of icariin on swimming exercise-induced oxidant stress in liver of mice. The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (1 control group and 3 icariin treated groups). The control group received only distilled water ig, and the icariin treated groups received different doses of icariin (5, 10, and 20 mg/kg, ig) for 28 days. After 28 days, the mice performed an exhaustive swimming exercise and the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), catalase (CAT), and glutathione reductase (GR) in liver of the mice were measured. These result demonstrated that icariin supplementation could elevate the exercise endurance and possess protective effect on exercise-induced oxidant stress. Icariin supplementation elevates the SOD, GPx, CAT, and GR activities, which are accompanied by corresponding decreases in MDA levels. © 2013 The Korean Society of Food Science and Technology and Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht.

In this paper, investigations were taken out to survey the applications of information technology in physical education. Afterwards, the effects of information technology in Tai Chi Chuan course were examined by control test and then some questionnaires were designed to understand students' attitudes to information technology in physical education. It was found only 25% physical courses surveyed adopting information technology. The poor cover rate of information technology could be attributed to the relative low scientific quality of physical teachers. It was observed ca. 62% teachers adopting information education only in open class, meaning information technology was considered as acting tool for teachers themselves rather than advanced teaching method for students. The control experiment showed students under information education obtained obviously higher scores than ones under traditional type in lowest score and average score, but nearly the same scores in top score. The questionnaires and factor analysis indicated either the much better interactivity between teacher and students or the much more information amount of information education played positive role in promoting teaching effects in Tai Chi Chuan course.

This study investigates students' and teachers' perception of the impact of portfolio assessment on computer assisted audiovisual course in an EFL classroom. This is an action study, where participants (N=101) were students majors English completing their Audiovisual course at Yiwu Industrial and Commercial College, as partial fulfillment for their 3-year degree program. Drawing upon students' questionnaires and interview data, the result shows students hold positive attitude toward their learning and teachers' teaching procedure in classes. They evaluate higher on the students' learning behavior, among which the cooperation awareness rated the first. However, the positive effect does not cover all the students. An assumption was proposed for further research: An inappropriate portfolio assessment might lead to a polarization in students' class participation. © 2015 IEEE.
