On the basis of the artificial neural network theory, this paper establishes the dynamic combination forecasting model of domestic tourism demand, and provides a new idea and method for the forecast of tourism demand. Tourism demand forecasting can provide reference for the tourism management department in formulating strategic planning. At the same time, the author analyzed the main influence factors of domestic tourism demand, and constructed the evaluation system of tourism service management. The research results can effectively improve the accuracy and stability of the prediction of tourism demand, improve the scientific nature of tourism management and optimize the allocation of tourism resources.

China’s 13th Five - Year Plan of national development clearly put forward that government will greatly support the construction of smart city during the period of China’s 13th Five - Year Plan. And many places have also started the staged construction of smart city. GIS (Geographic Information System) plays a very important and fundamental role in supporting the smart city construction. This paper expounds the connotation of the smart city construction, the important function of geographic information service in the smart city construction and the application advantages of GIS in smart city, and analyses the smart city construction which based on GIS, and also puts forward opinions on the smart city construction, hoping to have a positive meaning in promoting the construction of smart city. © Springer International Publishing AG 2017.


Many studies show that rural left-behind children and “un-left-children” have significant differences such as psychology, behaviors and learning. In some rural areas, left-behind children have high dropout rate. The article surveyed rural left-children present situation of alienation in Henan province and found out the alienation of left-behind children is stronger than un-left-behind children, mainly reflected in normlessness, powerlessness and isolation. According to the situation, selecting subject for group counsel and the effect is significant. The result shows group counseling is a successful way and favored by students. It is worth promoting. With the popularization of higher education, employment difficulty has become the main stress for college students. The construction of the multiple intelligences theory will promote the growth and development of students. It cultivates students in an all-round way by making use of the following eight major intelligences including language, logic, space, sports, music, interpersonal intelligence, introspection and natural observation, so as to help students establish correct employment motivation. This paper starts from the formation conditions of college students' employment motivation as well as the value of multiple intelligences theory, and explores the correlation between multiple intelligences theory and college students' employment motivation.

This paper introduces the concept of simulation algorithm and its application, analyzes the importance of current financial analysis, and establishes the relevant model to analyze and apply the current financial products. Since the traditional simulation algorithm is not targeted, the simulation algorithm in this paper is effective to change, and then in line with today's financial products. This article is mainly an effective analysis of the value of the stock in the financial product and the value of the securities, so that the portfolio of investment groups that can assist in the investment can be selected.


This study uses the configuration framework in designing a new human resource management (HRM) system for rural public service with efficiency and high reliability. Configuration mathematics methods play a positive role in constructing new HRM systems for rural public service enterprises. A scientific comparison in HRM level among different corporations can be conducted by evaluating the production quota of each the enterprises. The evaluation model with the configuration mathematics method can fully reflect the fuzzy relations between production quotas through a relation matrix; as a result, a comprehensive evaluation index analysis can be realized. Test results show that the performance of the new HRM system for rural public service can be improved by use of the configuration framework.

Based on the ARMA-GARCH model, this paper investigates whether the VHSI can be forecasted and if forecasting is useful in the practice of option investment combining with mean-regression, spillover and intra-week effects. The results show that the Hong Kong stock market has the characteristics of the mean regression, the S & P 500 index has significant spillover effect on the HSI implied volatility index. In addition, the Hang Seng Index implied volatility index showing a characteristic of rising on Monday and falling on Friday, it has a significant week effect. Finally, this paper uses the ARMA-GARCH model to forecast the implied volatility index of HSI and makes the option trading simulation with the actual market data. The results show that the ARMA-GARCH model is more suitable for modeling the HSI implied volatility than the ARMA model; after taking into account the mean-regression, spillover and intra-week effects, the ARMA-GARCH model is more suitable for the HSI implied volatility index The forecasting ability is improved significantly, and the forecast result can help the option trade to get better profit.

In recent decades, with the rapid development of human society, human demand for water resources has also increased. In this paper, the relevant content and development process of water resources scheduling at home and abroad were introduced. At the same time, the concept and characteristics of ant colony algorithm and water resources scheduling and related content were defined. The PHP programming language was used as the foundation, and the reasonable plan was made. Finally, the concrete reservoir network analysis and data processing were carried out. The results show that, compared with the traditional scheduling scheme, the water resource scheduling scheme based on ant colony algorithm has the advantages of safety, reasonable and high efficiency.

Based on DCC - MVGARCH model and entropy value method to construct a class contains monetary liquidity and funding liquidity and liquidity in the market of multi-dimensional integration measure of financial system liquidity. Use in October 2006 to September 2015 monthly data to carry on the empirical analysis, the results show that the liquidity and market liquidity present positive correlation in stable period, during the crisis characterized by negative correlation, funding liquidity and monetary liquidity has long-term stable positive correlation, the correlation of market liquidity and funding liquidity during the crisis is low, after the crisis volatility and significant positive liquidity spiral; Overall liquidity in the financial system in February 2011 as the cut-off point has obvious characteristics of two phase before the cut-off point average overall liquidity is bigger and less volatile, cut-off point after the mean reduce the liquidity and volatility and longer cycle, the orientation of monetary policy to the state of the overall liquidity effect is remarkable.

In the present work, the structural and dynamical aspects of the solubilization process of pyrene within a sodium dodecyl sulfate micelle were studied using molecular dynamics simulations. Our results showed that free pyrene as the fluorescence probe can be spontaneously solubilized into the micelle and prefers to be located in the hydrophobic core region. As the local concentration of pyrene increased, two molecular probes could enter into the core hydrophobic region and the excited dimer of pyrene molecules was formed, showing a stacking mode of π-π conjugation. Since the π-π stacking interaction between the two pyrene molecules was very weak, formation of the excimer was a dynamic process with the two pyrene molecules alternately separating and associating with each other. In this case, the two pyrene molecules were found to be mainly distributed in the palisade layer of the micelle due to the balance between the weak π-π stacking interaction and the hydrophobic interaction of probe molecules with the surfactant tails. © 2012 American Chemical Society.
