The authors predict that the magnetic moment of the scandium clusters can not be efficiently enhanced with the encapsulation of Fe atom, which is different from previous works with Fe atom doped in B n, Si n, and Ge n clusters. It was found that starting from n=6, the growth patterns of the ground state structures of the Sc nFe clusters are dominated by the octahedron structures with Fe atom falling into the center of the host framework. The calculated results manifest that doping of the Fe atom contributes to strengthening the stabilities of the scandium framework. Maximum peaks are observed for clusters of n=3, 6 and 8 on the size dependence of the second-order energy differences, implying that these clusters possess relatively higher stability. The HOMO-LUMO gap of the Sc nFe clusters exhibits an oscillational odd-even character with the local peaks of n=4, 6 and 8. Especially, there is the largest oscillation of the gap with n=4 and 5. Additionally, the doped Fe atom exhibits the antiferromagnetic alignment at n=4, 5, 7 and 9. A low-complexity soft-decision decoding algorithm based on the re-encoding technique was proposed for the BCH(15, 11) code in BeiDou satellite navigation system. Several candidate information sequences were constructed by the soft-decision vector and then re-encoded in the algorithm if the error in the hard-decision result was detected. The correlation between each codeword and the soft-decision vector was calculated, and the codeword with the maximum correlation value was selected as decoding output. Simulation results show that the presented algorithm outperforms traditional hard-decision decoding at the expense of moderate complexity increase. Moreover, the storage of error-correction ROM signal is avoided. Hence, the presented algorithm is a good choice for decoding in a practical navigation receiver. © 2016, The Editorial Board of Journal of System Simulation. All right reserved.

Mn-doped scandium clusters have been systematically investigated using the density-functional approach. It was found that, starting from N = 6, the growth patterns of the ground-state structures of MnScN clusters are dominated by octahedral structures with the Mn atom occupying the center of the host framework. The calculated results show that doping with Mn contributes to improving the stability of the scandium framework. The octahedral structure with the Mn atom occupying the center from N ≥ 6 has a relatively larger HOMO-LUMO gap compared with small-sized MnScN clusters. Also, the largest oscillation of the energy gap occurs at N = 5 and 6. Moreover, the local peaks of N = 3, 5 and 8 of the energy gap are in agreement with the second-order energy differences. The encapsulated Mn atom, coupled with the antiferromagnetic alignment with N ≥ 6, reduces the magnetism of the host ScN clusters in most cases. This is different from Mn doped into Bn, Gen, and Bin clusters. The MnSc6 cluster not only has the smallest energy gap (about 0.01 eV), but also the largest magnetic moment of 5 μB of all of the MnScN clusters. © 2011 Taylor & Francis.

This paper investigates the flux distributions of the electron photo-detached from H- ion localized in a gradient electric field. In contrast with the photodetachment in the uniform electric field [Phys. Rev. A 40 (1989) 4983], where only two electron trajectories interfere at each given point on a detector, for the photodetachment in a gradient electric field, the electrons waves can travel along multiple paths from the negative ion to a given point on the detector plane, which makes the electron flux distributions on the detector plane become much complex. Using the semi-classical theory, we put forward a formula for calculating the electron flux. Our calculation results suggest that the electron flux distributions on a given detector plane is not only related to the propagation time of the detached electron, but also related to the detached electron's energy. With the increase of the detached electron's energy, the oscillating region in the electron flux distributions becomes enlarged and the oscillating structure in the flux distributions becomes much more complicated. This study will guide future experiment research on the photodetachment microscopy of the negative ions in the presence of non-uniform external fields. © 2015 Chinese Physical Society and IOP Publishing Ltd.

Cardiovascular disease has seriously affected the health of the elderly, and treatment of sudden cardiovascular disease is particularly difficult in most private pension institutions. A kind of portable ECG monitor is introduced in this paper which can be real-time, effective detection and treatment the patient's ECG information. It is beneficial for mastering the patient's ECG timely and building distinctive and intelligent private pension institution, and constantly improve its service quality and attractiveness to meet increasingly prominent and diverse pension service requirements. It is an important means to positive respond to the aging and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services. The core of new portable ECG monitor is MCU based on ARM Cortex-M3 and its storage medium is a high capacity SD Card. Besides the device realizes user-machine interaction, waveform replay, arrhythmia analysis and illness alarm. This system can detect QRS wave and analyze in real-time and embed file system, so the ECG data can be stored in text form and readability and translatability of data are enhanced. For the MIT-BIH database and actual persons, the accuracy of monitor reaches the requirements. © 2014 IEEE.

There is a universal coupling in process control system, especially with the development of science and technology, industry system has became more and more big, the control process is more complicated, the variables which need to solve are also gradually increased. Therefore between the variables in the associated process produce coupling. In order to solve the coupling problems, we introduced PI self- adjusting fuzzy control model in the link of decoupling, and designed the model and the algorithm of decoupling with decoupling controller. The experiment showed that, after the introduction of PI algorithm, the time when the system reaches a steady is greatly reduced, saving time and cost. Also there is no coupling between the two signals, which shows that PI algorithm successfully reaches the decoupling in the process control. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

According the diameter measurement of single crystal silicon in the growth process to put forward a diameter detection method that a circle defined by three points not in the same straight line. First, pretreat the growth image of single crystal silicon. Then, according the algorithm that a circle defined by three points not in the same straight line to extract the feature points, and the diameter pixel value of single crystal silicon accuratly detected. Finally transformed diameter pixel value into length value of the monocrystalline silicon rod through the measurement of diameter pixel value of draft tube. Tests show that error is very small between the test results and the true value, and meet the system requirements in a certain precision. © 2014 IEEE.
