We consider a rough set PNN Gaussian block expectation-implanting sorting recommendation algorithm for multi label webpage. This is aimed to solve the problems of imprecise information and new information in multi-label recommendation algorithm caused by unsatisfactory effects of traditional precise algorithm. Firstly, specific to uncertain information, rough set theory is used to improve the model of traditional PNN and makes it suitable to process the uncertainty of information. Secondly, to solve the problem of fixed PNN in: i) processing multi-label webpage recommendation, ii) bad coverage, iii) large structural redundancy, and iv) new label not being identified rapidly, we use Gaussian block to: i) implant expectation sorting mode, ii) establish the operations of combine, add and delete probabilistic function blocks, iii) improve prediction accuracy and reduce computation complexity and iv) effectively resolve real-time problem of new information prediction. Finally, our comparison experiments in the example of Yahoo multi-label data set show the algorithm above has higher computation accuracy and efficiency. © 2016, UK Simulation Society. This paper constructs the business model of internet travel service and analyzes its evolution law. And the Ctrip.com is taken as an example to validate the proposed business model. The research results show that the evaluation model elements of Internet travel service business model are composed of value group, product and service, resource allocation and profit pattern, on the basis of this, the internal and external resources of enterprise are integrated, ultimately realize the development strategy of the online tourism profit. The evolution cycle of the business model of online travel enterprises is the repeat alternately of the construction process and structure process of business model. The structure process of the business model includes the emergence of new business profit pattern, the competition between old and new business model and the disintegration of the old business model. Ctrip.com is taken as an example to analyze its business model from the above four aspects. In the development process of Ctrip.com, the operation revenue source gradually shows a trend of diversified development, since 2010, the company takes the initiative to change, increases exploitation in two new directions, namely tourism vacation and business travel management, so as to realize sustainable development of enterprises. The research conclusion can be used as a theoretical reference for the development of online tourism enterprises. © AISTI 2016.

Cognitive psychology considers students as the main body and the teacher as the lead. The teaching guiding ideology proposed by constructivist learning theory is of great significance to the further innovation of the practical teaching of the public basic computer course. Constructivism has sparked an educational revolution worldwide since the 1990s, and the field of computer application in China has been a focus of discourse. Therefore, research on the teaching of public computer courses based on constructivism is relevant. The current research status of the topic was investigated and understood. By consulting the literature, the research background of the subject was mastered. The related theory and technology were explored and analyzed, and a simple introduction was made. A teaching system of a public computer course based on constructivism was then established. To prove the features of the proposed system, a concrete experiment was carried on the system. The experimental results were processed by statistical method, and the feasibility, validity, and effectiveness of the system were illustrated with the data.

The effect of Cr3C2 additions on WC–1TiN–5MgO composites by two-step hot-pressing sintering (heated to 1750°C and then immediately cooled to 1575°C with a soaking time of 60 min under a sintering pressure of 50 MPa) was comprehensively investigated. The microstructure was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). Mechanical properties, such as hardness, transverse rupture strength, and fracture toughness, were measured. The experimental results show that no η-phase or brittle phases such as W2C were formed, and excellent mechanical properties were achieved for 0.6 wt.% Cr3C2 additions with a hardness of 24.76 GPa, a flexural strength of 1257.1 MPa, and a fracture toughness of 10.08 MPa · mm1/2. Cr3C2 addition brought about an improvement in the sinterability and contributed to the homogeneous distribution of second phase nanosized MgO. Crack deflection and crack bridging are the major mechanisms contributing to the drastically enhanced flexural strength and fracture toughness. © 2017 Taylor & Francis

The authors predict that the magnetic moment of the scandium clusters can not be efficiently enhanced with the encapsulation of Fe atom, which is different from previous works with Fe atom doped in B n, Si n, and Ge n clusters. It was found that starting from n=6, the growth patterns of the ground state structures of the Sc nFe clusters are dominated by the octahedron structures with Fe atom falling into the center of the host framework. The calculated results manifest that doping of the Fe atom contributes to strengthening the stabilities of the scandium framework. Maximum peaks are observed for clusters of n=3, 6 and 8 on the size dependence of the second-order energy differences, implying that these clusters possess relatively higher stability. The HOMO-LUMO gap of the Sc nFe clusters exhibits an oscillational odd-even character with the local peaks of n=4, 6 and 8. Especially, there is the largest oscillation of the gap with n=4 and 5. Additionally, the doped Fe atom exhibits the antiferromagnetic alignment at n=4, 5, 7 and 9. Mn-doped scandium clusters have been systematically investigated using the density-functional approach. It was found that, starting from N = 6, the growth patterns of the ground-state structures of MnScN clusters are dominated by octahedral structures with the Mn atom occupying the center of the host framework. The calculated results show that doping with Mn contributes to improving the stability of the scandium framework. The octahedral structure with the Mn atom occupying the center from N ≥ 6 has a relatively larger HOMO-LUMO gap compared with small-sized MnScN clusters. Also, the largest oscillation of the energy gap occurs at N = 5 and 6. Moreover, the local peaks of N = 3, 5 and 8 of the energy gap are in agreement with the second-order energy differences. The encapsulated Mn atom, coupled with the antiferromagnetic alignment with N ≥ 6, reduces the magnetism of the host ScN clusters in most cases. This is different from Mn doped into Bn, Gen, and Bin clusters. The MnSc6 cluster not only has the smallest energy gap (about 0.01 eV), but also the largest magnetic moment of 5 μB of all of the MnScN clusters. © 2011 Taylor & Francis.

With the rapid development of science and technology, the process of economic globalization has been accelerated, intellectual property competition heats up, which becomes the key to the development of enterprise management, competition and restricting factors in the modern economic environment. Enterprise must take both with international laws and regulations system, and can effectively protect the interests of the market of intellectual property management strategy for long-term development.
