The accurate infrared gait detection is a research difficulty because of the unique thermal imaging characteristics. Therefore, the coarse result of infrared human detection is obtained by using the background subtraction method based on the single Gaussian background model, and is fine segmented by applying the improved pulse coupled neural network (PCNN). At the same time, the effect of the adaptive segmentation is reached by introducing the immune ant colony algorithm to fast determine the optimal segmentation parameters of PCNN. The simulation results show that this algorithm can achieve the ideal detection effect. © 2011 IEEE.

In the practical evaluation of teaching quality, the evaluative indexes are different at different times of different colleges. In order to rationally evaluate the teaching quality of teachers in advanced vocational colleges, this essay raised a comprehensive evaluation system based on analytic hierarchy process. According to this method, we designed a B/s online evaluation system of teaching quality. The practice indicates that this system is highly flexible and pertinent of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

Overexpression of NHX genes has been previously shown to improve salt tolerance of transgenic plants. In this study, transgenic rice plants overexpressing AtNHX5 showed not only high salt tolerance, but also high drought tolerance. Measurements of ion levels indicated that Na+ and K+ contents were all higher in AtNHX5 overexpressing shoots than in wild type (WT) shoots in high saline conditions. After exposure to water deficiency and salt stress, the WT plants all died, while the AtNHX5 overexpressing rice plants had a higher survival rate, dry weight, leaf water content, and leaf chlorophyll contents, accumulated more proline, and had less membrane damage than the WT plants. In addition, seeds of both transgenic and WT plants germinated on 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 250 mM mannitol, but overexpression of AtNHX5 improved the shoot growth of the seedlings. Taken together, the results indicate that AtNHX5 gene could enhance the tolerance of rice plants to multiple environmental stresses by promoting the accumulation of more effective osmolytes (ions or proline) to counter the osmotic stress caused by abiotic factors. © 2011 Springer Science+Business Media B.V.

This paper proposes an abnormal signal retrieval method for differences equipments in Internet of Things (IOT) based on Signal Fusion Technology. It elaborates on the fusion rules for communication signal of underlying devices, according to which describes the conditions need to be met when abnormal signal of the underlying devices in IOT is fused. Laplace energy and weighting algorithm are adopted to fuse abnormal signals of the underlying multi-device in IOT in order to achieve fusion detection for abnormal signal. Experimental results show that the algorithm can greatly improve the efficiency of detecting abnormal signal. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In order to solve the coordinate problem of high redundancy and lack of stability in traditional failure mining knowledge base, this paper presents a fuzzy failure mining algorithm to realize regular acquisition in inconsistent case and purification of learning samples by the comprehensive application of fuzzy data processing technology. With characters of simplified samples, strong adaptability, high failure tolerance and not easy to fall into local minimum point, the algorithm can effectively process the diagnosis and incompatible information in network failure mining. The experiments show that the system implemented by this method improves accuracy and speed of diagnosis and has a certain application value comparing to other similar methods. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The mechanism of ultrasonic-assisted oil-conjugated reaction with solid catalyst was investigated here. Experiment results illustrated that the linoleic acid molecule could not spontaneously convert itself into the end product, conjugated linoleic acid, in the absence of catalyst due to the higher activation energy required for this process. The addition of Ni powder to the oil ensured that the course of reaction completely proceeded, originating from the ability of Ni catalyst to adsorb H radicals on its surface to generate a stable and longer-lived substance, Ni[H·] n particles. Ultrasonic irradiation contributed to enhance the decomposition reaction of linoleic acid to release larger numbers of H radicals, and boost the effective collisions between Ni[H·] n particle and the intermediate with conjugated double bonds. Furthermore, when the acoustic cavitation arose, the reaction between H radicals and intermediates merely occurred in the gas-liquid interface of cavitation bubbles. © 2015 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

Pineapple (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. cv. 'Paris') is sensitive to low temperature and highly susceptible to blackheart during cold storage, which causes serious fruit decay. This work investigated the effect of wax treatment (Sta-Fresh 2952, 60 g/L) on blackheart of pineapple under chilling stress. Wax treatment significantly reduced blackheart symptoms after 14 days of storage and markedly delayed changes in firmness and flesh color during the whole period of storage. The weight loss of wax-treated fruit (2.6%) was less than the control (3.1%) at the 24th day of storage. The treatment decreased the activities of PG and EGase for maintaining cell wall stability during the later period of storage. In the control fruit, the structure of flesh cells was significantly damaged under chilling stress, with looser cell wall, absence of middle lamella, loss of membrane integrity, and many cells near the vascular tissue collapsed. The subcellular elements could be barely observed in the control after storage. These destructive symptoms were significantly alleviated in the wax-treated fruit. The results suggest that wax treatment could reduce blackheart of pineapple under chilling stress via maintenance of cell integrity. © 2012 American Chemical Society.

Online game is becoming more and more popular according to development of internet, especially the high development of mobile internet. Flash web game is one of the most effective way to design web game and it's has become more and more complex and heavy loading. Since all resources of Flash web games are loaded from web server, it would cost a long time if the resource is very large, such as game map or some complex graphics pictures. It's not user interact friendly and the conventional way can't prevent and handle attackers effectively. Therefore, this paper researched on Flash web game system and designed routing algorithm, resource loading strategy and security system. After stimulate with conventional wen game system, the result shows this paper designed Flash web game system can work well with a lower loading time and higher security mechanism. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

This project researches showroom design and exploration of 3D virtual technique. At first, this article introduces virtual showroom and evaluates the characteristics and advantages. In the second, the system development process is discussed and this paper accomplishes technical route of interactive design in Virtools. To sum up the above works, we design and realize system prototype of 3D virtual showroom. This issue has positive reference for 3D technician and IT staff. © 2014 WIT Press.
