The article introduced hemoperfusion clinical treatment for 4 heroin addicts using single use hemoperfusion cartridge made by Yang Quan Medical Device Co., Ltd. The removal efficiency of heroin adsorption effectiveness, the blood biochemistry indexes and blood compatibility were recorded. The experimental results showed that the hemoperfusion cartridge with better hemocompatibility was a safe, practical and effective mothod for rehabilitation.

The simulated hemoperfusion experiment was performed on heroin-injected dogs by using YQ-250 single use hemoperfusion cartridge filled with YQ-15 macroporous adsorbent. The removal performance of heroin and blood biochemistry indexes of the experiment animals (dogs) was observed. The experimental results showed that the adsorption efficiency of heroin by YQ-250 single use hemoperfusion cartridge was 40-60%. No considerable impact on blood biochemistry indexes was observed so that the hemocompatibility of YQ-250 single use hemoperfusion cartridge was better.

To ensure the safety and efficiency in clinical practice, some experiments were carried out for pharmacokinetics of heroin in rabbit body and hemoperfusion by YQ-15 adsorbent. The variation of blood biochemistry indexes during hemoperfusion and removal performance of heroin was investigated. The result showed that the removal performance of YQ-15 adsorbent to heroin was 42.86%, all blood biochemistry indexes of the adsorbent had no statistical difference, and the adsorbent had good blood compatibility.

The macroporous copolymers were prepared by suspension polymerization with styrene as monomer, divinylbenzene as cross-linking agent, and toluene mixed with liquid wax as porogen, and then the cross-linked macroporous resin was obtained by Fridel-Crafts cross-linking reaction. The pore structure parameters of resin were determined by nitrogen adsorption-desorption method. The surface morphology of the adsorbents was observed by SEM and TEM. Effect of types of adsorbent, adsorbing time and concentration of Heroin on adsorption performance were studied in detail. The experimantal results showed that YQ-15 adsorbent can effectively adsorb Heroin. The adsorption efficiency was 97.94% and the adsorption capacity was 3.92mg/mL.
