With the development of culture industry, it has become a new economic growth point, the situation becomes more obvious, and cultural trade in the transformation of economic development mode, adjusts the structure of national economy, plays an important role and gains recognition in a wider range. But judging from the international comparison, China's cultural trade competitiveness is still weak. Teaching courseware image retracking is a classical difficult problem in teaching courseware image processing. The development of teaching courseware image retracking techniques not only influences other techniques in teaching courseware image processing, but also plays an important role in the analysis of biology teaching courseware image. Traditional teaching courseware image retracking techniques have many defects. Most exiting teaching courseware image quality assessment approaches evaluate the difference between teaching courseware images of the same size and are not suitable for teaching courseware image retracking. In this paper, we propose a novel Content Aware Assessment Metric based on pixel tracking to access their quality. This metric evaluates the similarity between a retargeted teaching courseware image and the original regardless of the difference in teaching courseware image size or aspect ratio. Tracking the position of every pixel from the original teaching courseware image to the retargeted includes both cumulative distance change and cumulative angle change to measure the local difference between the two teaching courseware images. By comparing our experimental results with user surveys, we demonstrate that the proposed assessment metric is consistent with human experience. © 2016, UK Simulation Society. All rights reserved.

The design of a fuzzy learning controller does not depend on the model of the controlled object. But it depends very closely on the experiences and knowledge of control experts or operators. However, it is difficult to design a high-level fuzzy learning controller. Moreover the fuzzy learning controller is not easy to control its learning rate and adjustment of its parameters, which makes the structure of the self-adaptive fuzzy learning controller difficult. Self-adaptive learning algorithms can effectively compensate for the decline of control performance caused by the imperfection of the rule base. We consider the two kinds of forms self-adaptive fuzzy learning contro. A miner information collection terminal system based on a wireless sensor network is proposed. It consists of three parts: data monitoring nodes, data base station and remote monitoring center. The entire system is designed around the CC2431 SoC hardware circuit, through QoE Scheduling Scheme to achieve the location of underground environment and miner vital signs data acquisition, so that it can provide effective help to quickly carry out rescue work.
