Properties and structure of impact copolymer polypropylene (PP) K9928H with high melt flow rate made via hydrogen as regulator, K9928 made via controllable rheological method and imported similar PP were analyzed and evaluated by polarized light microscope (PLM), rotational rheometer and capillary rheometer and other equipments. The results show that the melt flow rate of K9928H is close to or slightly lower than that of the imported similar PP, while the ethylene content and ethylene-propylene rubber content of K9928H is higher than those of the imported similar PP. K9928H has good mechanical properties, appearance and color and good processing stability. The weight average molecular mass and relative molecular mass distribution of K9928H are close to those of the imported similar PP, but the relative molecular mass distribution of K9928H is more than that of K9928. ©, 2015, Hecheng Shuzhi Ji Suliao/China Synthetic Resin and Plastics.
