Different purposes of research on wind turbines cause different types of modeling methods, and these models can not share and unify the evaluation. Based on this, this paper proposes universal wind turbine modeling concept, and then divides the conventional wind turbine modeling into wind speed modeling, wind turbine modeling, generator modeling, electric control system modeling and model parameter specification. For every part, this paper tries to give a corresponding method to the universal modeling. Finally two evaluation directions are proposed, which are based on the manufacturing parameters or power grid operation data. Research on the wind power generator universal modeling technology has a a certain significance both on the standardization of wind power generator modeling and analysis of the modern power system stability.

Aiming at the problems found during the development of the traditional power supply automatic switching device, an idea of building a regional power supply automatic switching device system is conceived. The paper states the problems of the non-synchronous parallel of active synchronous parallel, over loading of operating device after power supply automatic switching device succeeds, and that power supply automatic switching device can not ensure that series of supplying substations do not lose voltage, power supply automatic switching device operates mistakenly when the fault of bus happens and the situation of power supply automatic switching device when containing the wind power. Then some suggestions of improvement are proposed according to the idea. Results show that problems all above could be resolved successfully and the idea of building a regional power supply automatic switching device system can guide the development of the power supply automatic switching device in the future.
