Cone crusher shell is a kind of large steel casting that has complicate shape and high quality requirements. Through the analysis on its structure, resin-bonded sand mold, insulating riser and the internal and external chills were adopted after the simulation verification by the CAE/InteCAST. Finally the bottom shell of cone crusher CH660 was produced successfully by fast pouring and normalizing plus tempering treatment. The result shows that the dimensional precision, the mechanical performance and the surface roughness are satisfying. The detection test and practical validation results after being installed in a motor factory show that the performance of the casting satisfies the requirement, which established foundations for the mass production of the casting. This paper introduces the automatic control system based on PID control algorithm, which adjust the roller-type cutter's height. Analyzed the 3MDZK-12 type cotton top-cutting machine's hydraulic elevator institutions and electrohydraulic proportional control system principle; Established the mathematical model of cutter's height control system, and using MATLAB to computer simulation and PID correction. The simulation results show that the system used for cutter height adjustment automatic control can obtain satisfactory control effect. © 2011 IEEE. Source

We investigate the dynamic evolution of wave packet under the coupled diabatic potentials via employing the time-dependent wave packet approach. The wave packet splits in the crossing region due to the influence of non-adiabatic effects. In our studies, it is found that the non-adiabatic effects are very important to the dissociation of NaI molecule, and it becomes markedly with the increase of evolutionary time. Moreover, our study shows that the mean packet position and the classical trajectory R(t) are nearly coincident and the dissociation probability is dependent on the laser wavelength. © Chinese Physical Society. Medium-temperature coal tars, Just like the high-temperature ones, are primary source for chemical industry, and call more and more attention by far. The adequate characterization of their features is critical for their efficient utilization, but little reports were issued, if any. This work performed anslysis of a medium-temperature coal tar by a Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer. Totally 139 compounds were detected in the sample, incliuding oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons and polycyclic hydrocarbons. Among which the phenoids and normal alkanes are in quite high abundances, while the aromatic and polycyclic hydrocarbons involve quite a variety of species but in very low abundances. This result shows a rosy possibility of medium-temperature coal tar for phenoid production. This work also provides helpful information for coal chemistry research. The result suggests a lot of linkages of -O- inside the coal structure and the mainly aromatic units being of 2 to 3 rings, while the polycyclic hydrocarbons can survive the medium- or low- temperature coking, thus providing an assistant tool for studies on geochemistry and coal geology. © 2011 IEEE. In this paper, we initiate the study of a variation of standard domination, namely total restrained domination. Let G=(V,E) be a graph. A set D⊆V is a total restrained dominating set if every vertex in V-D has at least one neighbor in D and at least one neighbor in V-D, and every vertex in D has at least one neighbor in D. The total restrained domination number of G, denoted by γtr(G), is the minimum cardinality of all total restrained dominating sets of G. We determine the best possible upper and lower bounds for γtr(G), characterize those graphs achieving these bounds and find the best possible lower bounds for γtr(G)+ γtr(G) where both G and G are connected. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd.
