Common trouble shooting method of mechanical part in the clothing equipment is mainly based on the forming principle of suture stitch and the principle of effective cooperation between the mechanical parts. When a part in the garment equipment is failure, usually according to the above principle, adjust position of the relevant mechanism, replace or repair parts, and use other methods to solve. In this paper, from the forming principle of the double thread lockstitch in clothing equipment, the determination of the height of the needle bar, the cooperation of hoot with needle and adjustment of the presser foot height, in the LK1900A-speed tacking machine. Common causes of failure and exclusion methods and other aspects in mechanical part, a brief introduction of LK1900A-speed tacking machine proper use, adjustment and maintenance methods.

BP neural network in character recognition, pattern classification, text and voice conversion, image compression, decision support and so on aspects has the widespread application, in view of the problems existing in the actual application, this paper researches learning algorithm and software implementation. Learning algorithm studies include three aspects, illustrates the basic thoughts of the BP algorithm, designed the three layers BP network structure, the mathematical model for the accurate description of algorithm. Software implementation studies include two aspects, the network model of all neurons become linked list structure and storage structure is designed, the design of the software process and will implement the process into four steps. BP algorithm of the software implementation is a basic work for the application of BP neural network, using the research results of this paper, the user can easily neural network design and simulation. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

A lot of foaming agents are used during the mining mineral processing. The foaming agent is hard to degrade and remains in the wastewater and chemical oxygen demand (COD) is far exceeded the standard in mine water. In this paper, the component of foaming agent made in Guangxi province was determined and analyzed through experiments. At the same time, the effect and the contribution of foaming agent to the COD materials in the water were also been studied. The degradation performances of foaming agent in different conditions such as pH, initial density and temperature, with aeration or without aeration, with ultraviolet ray or without ultraviolet ray were studied particularly. The result of this study provided the scientific basis in choosing the appropriate new environmental foaming agent and reduced the content of COD in the flotation wastewater. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Pomelo peel was chosen as adsorbent to treat the simulated dye wastewater with methylene blue. The research results showed the removal rate of 140mg/L methylene blue solution with 100mL could reach more than 83% under the optimum conditions, which were as follows: 0.4g pomelo peels powder, reaction temperature 30°C, pH value 8 and oscillating time 60min.Theoretical saturation absorptive capacity of pomelo peel was 133mg/g at 30°C.The whole adsorption process can be well described by the Langmuir and Temkin isothermal adsorption equation and secondary adsorption rate equations. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The traditional load flow calculation, which has a strict requirement for power type, needs the injection active power of all nodes except the balance node, and the injection reactive power of all PQ nodes. The strict requirement often leads to the load flow calculation failure due to the lack of injection power. This paper presents extended-power load flow which makes use of branch power as substitutes for the missing injection power. The modified equation of the new method are deduced. The coefficient matrix method is also proposed to select the alternative branch power and the criterion to judge whether the power flow calculation has solutions is built. The algorithm process is given and simulation is done on IEEE 14 and IEEE-118 system. The results show that the existed problem can be solved based on the extended-power load flow and the coefficient matrix.
