We developed a system of Cetuximab-conjugated micelles of vitamin E TPGS for targeted delivery of docetaxel as a model anticancer drug for treatment of the triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), which shows no expression of either one of the hormone progesterone receptor (PR), estrogen receptor (ER) and epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) and is thus more difficult to be treated than the positive breast cancer. Such micelles are of desired particle size, drug loading, drug encapsulation efficiency and drug release profile. Their surface morphology, surface charge and surface chemistry were also characterized. The fibroblast cells (NIH3T3), HER2 overexpressed breast cancer cells (SK-BR-3), ER and PR overexpressed breast cancer cells (MCF7), and TNBC cells of high, moderate and low EGFR expression (MDA MB 468, MDA MB 231 and HCC38) were employed to access invitro cellular uptake of the coumarin 6 loaded TPGS micelles and cytotoxicity of docetaxel formulated in the micelles. The high IC50 value, which is the drug concentration needed to kill 50% of the cells in a designated period such as 24h, obtained from Taxotere® showed that the TNBC cells are indeed more resistant to the free drug than the positive breast cancer cells. However, the therapeutic effects of docetaxel could be greatly enhanced by the formulation of Cetuximab conjugated TPGS micelles, which demonstrated 205.6 and 223.8 fold higher efficiency than Taxotere® for the MDA MB 468 and MDA MB 231 cell lines respectively. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. The present invention provides a recombinant yeast system for expressing the glycoprotein E2 of classical swine fever virus (CSFV), in which the expression level of yE2 is improved by codon optimization and shortening coding region of E2 gene. The truncated E2 subunits are used as major active ingredient in anti-CSFV vaccines and useful diagnostic blocking ELISA kits for CSFV infection with easy manipulation and low cost.

A lamp controller has an LED lamp. The lamp is disposed with a light source and two same drive circuits, one of the drive circuits is work drive circuit, the other one is the backup drive circuit, the two drive circuits output are parallel to each other and connected to the light source; the controller includes an AC/DC conversion circuit, microcontroller, switch circuit and drive state detection circuit, the AC/DC conversion circuit is converted the mains supply to low-voltage direction current and supplying power to the microcontroller and the switch circuit, the drive state detect circuit gets the work state information of the work state drive circuit and submits the information to the microcontroller, the microcontroller controls the switch circuit to alternatively connect the input of the work drive circuit or the backup drive circuit to the mains supply according to the work drive circuit work state information.

The present invention provides an electrochemical sensing strip, comprising an electrochemical sensing strip body and an auxiliary support sheet disposed under the electrochemical sensing strip body. Compared to the prior art, the electrochemical sensing strip provided in the present invention has an auxiliary support sheet, which functions to support the electrochemical sensing strip body, so that the entire electrochemical sensing strip does not deform easily. Consequently, the resistance to bending of the electrochemical sensing strip is enhanced, and the occurrence of bending the electrochemical sensing strip during operation is reduced, and thus the test error of the electrochemical sensing strip is reduced.
