A bicycle indicator light includes left and right LEDs provided on a housing and oriented to illuminate an area on a left forward side and an area on a right forward side of the bicycle respectively, and a printed circuit board having a microcontroller unit, a gyro-specific IC and a driver IC. When the gyro-specific IC detects an inclination of the bicycle exceeding a predetermined angle to the left/right from an upright position of the bicycle, the gyro-specific IC sends an inclination signal to the microcontroller unit which directs the driver IC to drive the left/right LED to glow automatically.

A built-in interdental brush of the present application uses a structure in which an interdental brush is built in a bended tube of a guide head of a delivery component, after a working part of the interdental brush made of elastic material is aligned to a tooth clearance, a sliding mechanism on the delivery component is pushed to drive the working part of the interdental brush automatically bend along curvature of the bended tube, the working part of the interdental brush is aligned to the tooth clearance and pushed into the tooth clearance, and by pushing and pulling a sliding block on the sliding mechanism of the delivery component, the working part of the interdental brush moves back and forth in the tooth clearance to clean the tooth clearance. Because the delivery component has good stiffness, after an outlet of the bended tube of the guide head of the delivery component is aligned to the tooth clearance, the pushed out interdental brush directly enters the tooth clearance, and because the outlet of the bended tube of the guide head of the delivery component is almost close to the tooth clearance; therefore, the interdental brush is hard to be bended and controllability of the interdental brush is significantly improved, avoiding that when the interdental brush of the prior art is used to clean a clearance between molars, the interdental brush easily bends and hurts the gum. A lighting-enabled interdental brush of the present application includes an interdental brush and a delivery component, where a guide head, a housing, and a lighting system are disposed on the delivery component, the interdental brush is installed on the guide head, and the lighting system can provide lighting for the interdental brush; therefore, a lighting condition in an oral cavity is significantly improved, the clearance between molars may be clearly observed, and a process that the interdental brush enters the tooth clearance is directly observed, which is convenient for cleaning and avoids an accidental injury to gum. An observation system is further designed on the interdental brush of the present application, by using the observation mirror or camera system during use, a process that the interdental brush enters a tooth clearance is observed directly, which is convenient for cleaning and avoids an accidental injury to the gum.

Disclosed is a trocar comprising a silencer. An end sealing assembly of a sheath of the trocar of the present application comprises an upper cover, a radial sealing assembly, a silencer and a lower cover; the silencer being an elastic body having one end installed on the radial sealing assembly and the other end installed on the lower cover; and the radial sealing assembly installed between the upper cover and the lower cover. Since the silencer holds up the radial sealing assembly, a gap between the upper cover and the radial sealing assembly is reduced, thereby avoiding an impact sound produced when a surgical instrument is withdrawn outwards. When the surgical instrument is advanced inwards, the impact sound produced when the surgical instrument is advanced inwards is avoided due to a buffer effect of the silencer.

Disclosed are a radial sealing assembly, an end sealing piece and a trocar. The radial sealing assembly of the present application comprises an upper pressing plate, a protection sheet, a positioning plate, a funnel-shaped sealing ring, a lower pressing plate and a corrugated sealing ring. The upper pressing plate is provided with at least two convex connecting hooks for connection with the positioning plate; the lower pressing plate is provided with at least two connecting slots for connection with the positioning plate; the positioning plate is provided with at least two connecting slots for connection with the upper pressing plate and at least two convex connecting hooks for connection with the lower pressing plate; and both the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate are connected to the positioning plate by adopting concave-convex engagement structures. Assembly is convenient, and the efficiency of production is high; moreover, the elasticity of sealing ring material can be effectively resisted, connection is firm, and air cannot leak out. Not only does the end sealing piece of the present application comprise the radial sealing assembly of the present application, but also an upper cover and a lower cover are connected together with a concave-convex engagement structure. The trocar of the present application comprises the radial sealing assembly of the present application, and has the advantages of convenience in assembly, effective resistance against the elasticity of sealing ring material, firm connection and no air leakage.


The present invention relates to an elastic tongue-dorsum retraction device for treating obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), clamping pliers, installation pliers, a line guide, and an implantation method. The elastic tongue-dorsum retraction device of the present invention includes a tongue dorsum connection mechanism, an elastic retractor and a tooth-side fastener. The tongue dorsum connection mechanism is disposed at the tongue dorsum portion, the tooth-side fastener is fixed to teeth or the alveolar bone or outside the maxilla and mandible lips, one end of the elastic retractor is connected to the tooth-side fastener, and the other end of the elastic retractor is connected to the tongue dorsum connection mechanism. In this way, an elastic retraction device using the tooth-side fastener as a fulcrum is formed. By pulling up the sagging tongue root forward, stenosis and obstruction of the airway at the glossopharyngeal portion are prevented, thereby providing a function of treating snoring and OSAHS. Since the elastic retractor exerts an elastic retraction force on the tongue dorsum portion, the movement of the tongue tip is not affected when the tongue root is properly pulled up, so that a clear language function and an adequate swallowing function can be maintained, and not only the airway at the glossopharyngeal portion is enlarged, but also good comfort is provided. In addition, the present invention further discloses clamping pliers, installation pliers and a line guide for use together with the elastic tongue-dorsum retraction device, and an implantation method of the elastic tongue-dorsum retraction device.


The present invention relates to a layered soft palate support and an implantation method for treating sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome or snoring. The layered soft palate support is a flat implant made of a material capable of being implanted into a human body for a long term, and includes a hard palate connecting end and a support. The support is a layered structure formed by stacking two or more layers of supporting plates and capable of being inserted into a soft palate, and is removably or irremovably fixed to the hard palate connecting end. The hard palate connecting end has a connecting structure connected with a hard palate, and is fixed to the hard palate through the connecting structure. The support is implanted into a muscular layer of the soft palate, and is inserted into the soft palate by a length equal to 1/5 to 4/5 of its total length.
