To carry out artificial rainfall on a certain area, it is necessary to detect first atmospheric water vapor content and cloud liquid water content. In view of the shortage existed in the other methods, the remote sensing method with the help of microwave radiometer, which is based on the principles of microwave remote sensing, is proposed to detect atmospheric water vapor content and cloud liquid water content. Through the remote sensing measurement used in xin jiang xiao qu zi weather station, obtain the observational data of the atmospheric integrated water vapor and cloud liquid water content in xin jiang mountain .By analyzing the observational data of typical weather process, it is proved that the microwave remote sensing method can not only detect continuously the variation of atmospheric water vapor and liquid water content, which can help to select the applicable artificial precipitation time, but also forecast the following rainfall intensity size. © 2013 IEEE.

The particle filtering(PF) does well in denoising the non-linear disturbed signals. Signals with non-Gauss noise can't be done by Kalman filtering (KF),but they could be done by PF. The theory is widely used in the field of chaos signal denoise and target identification. But as the observing time extend, the PF will have problems with sample degeneration weight degeneracy. The paper presents an adaptive weight particle filtering (AWPF) theory which selects the samples using self-adaptive weight method. It makes the fission from samples with high weight value. The approach improves the estimation accuracy without decreasing computing speed. © 2011 IEEE.

One of the ways lies in the evolution of learning environments into Service Governance of Service Oriented Architecture. The implementation of this architecture will allow the creation of Mobiles and external tools that can work with the resources contained in the platform, and give trainers and learners a freedom of movement that they did not have before.

With the growing amount of information in various domains, real-time retrieval and analysis is the most frequently used operation. The integration of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) known as event-driven SOA (ED-SOA) has been widely adopted for developing various kinds of real-time applications. We describe a generic approach with an ability to perform complex event publishing, querying, analysis, processing and integration with SOA. Finally, a financial services case of SOA based on complex event processing (CEP) is provided in this paper. Our study shows that it is beneficial not only in reducing the development complexity, but also in coping with dynamic changes at all abstraction levels. © 2005 - 2013 JATIT & LLS. In recent years, dynamic data management systems and algorithmic trading systems have come to account for a majority of volume traded at the major US, European and Asia-Pacific financial markets. Complex event processing is a typical data processing technique which becomes the new spotlight of researches. Complex Event Processing over dynamic data management systems and algorithmic trading systems poses huge challenges with regard to efficient, scalable execution as well as expressive models and languages that account for the dynamics in long-running queries. In this paper we discuss the characteristics that a data event processing service should have in order to support in the best way the complex event pattern detection functionality, and present an assessment of a number of technologies that can be used to dynamic data. For the problem of massive scientific data storage on the network, and based on the Hadoop and virtual technologies, the massive scientific data storage model based on cloud computing is proposed. The massive scientific data is applied to the Hadoop platform and processed by MapReduce, the key algorithm of cloud computing, and finally the data is stored in the virtual pool. This paper introduces a large scale scientific data processing method based on cloud computing, builds a dynamic, scalable, cost-effective, easy to use and high performance computing platform on a large of centralized or distributed inexpensive computer cluster, and creates a cloud computing based framework for large scale data processing model. Based on Hadoop MapReduce of cloud computing, we propose the detailed procedure of scientific data processing algorithm which can improve the overall performance under the shared environment while retaining compatibility with the native Hadoop MapReduce in this paper. © 2005 - 2013 JATIT & LLS.
