Sedentary lifestyles, limited physical exercise, and prolonged inactivity undoubtedly increase chronic diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. It is widely acknowledged that exercise induces a number of physiological adaptations that have beneficial effects in the prevention and treatment of these chronic metabolic diseases. Unfortunately, exercise compliance is extremely low and often not possible. The development of exercise science and molecular techniques has increased our understanding of the molecular pathways responsive to exercise. Knowledge of these molecular targets has led to the development of chemical interventions that can mimic the beneficial effects of exercise without requiring actual muscle activity. This review focuses on the concept of 'exercise pills' and how they mimic the effects produced by physical exercise including oxidative fiber-type transformation, mitochondrial biogenesis, increased fat oxidation, angiogenesis, and improvement of exercise capacity. We also review candidate exercise pills, and contrast the beneficial effects and molecular mechanisms between physical exercise and exercise pills. © 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

The Internet of things (IOT) is one of the most popular research fields at present, and the optical fiber sensing network is an important part of the Internet of things. In the field of environmental protection and modern industrial production, there is a need for a sensor network which can monitor the gas concentration information. Because of the strong anti-interference ability, intrinsic safety, optical communication technologybased, intelligent monitoring and other significant characteristics, optical fiber gas sensing equipment and scheme has become the main direction of the field of domestic and foreign research. In this paper, we presents a 1665nm methane sensor structure based on single fiber coupler ring, and the performance of the sensor is analyzed, including the relationship between the optimal ratio of 1550nm coupler in the 1665nm system and the number of rings of signal light. Compared with the traditional absorption spectrum method, the effective absorption length of the chamber is increased 4 times by the sensor. Methane gas samples of two groups were measured by the sensor, and the measurement error was less than 2.5%. Copyright © 2017, AIDIC Servizi S.r.l.

The hierarchical distributed network topology combined with traditional wireless routing algorithm is adopted and improved by through introducing energy model of FSO sensor network to study the method of extend network nodes life in special occasion. The OEEMRP protocol (Optical Efficient Energy Multi-Path Routing Protocol) is also proposed. The protocol also can save the node energy and improve the network survival time. In the simulation, we compare and analyze performance difference of death node number and residual energy in LEACH and OEEMRP algorithm. The result shows that improved routing algorithm can make network node more intensive, and in the condition of large network size, the performance will be improved significantly. In a word, it has significant role in network communication.

The influenceS of tartary buckwheat bread quality on added buckwheat powder and konjac flour and wheat gluten added by quick fermentation were tested. The experiments showed that the amount of tartary buckwheat powder played a decisive role of tartary buckwheat bread specific volume and sensory evaluation scores. The best addition amount of buckwheat powder was 30% of total counts of buckwheat powder and bread flour. The best addition amounts of konjac flour and wheat gluten were1.61%, and 1.60%, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the largest buckwheat bread specific volume was obtained.

Mobile Agent technology applied to the problem of mining data streams which, Mobile Agent application intelligence, distributed data stream mining to solve the noise present in the data processing is difficult to identify, classify slow, inefficient mining problems is proposed based on Mobile Agent distributed data stream mining model, the model design and data base displacement detection, data stream classification algorithms in a distributed environment to better address the problem of mining data streams. People sports as a special cultural characteristic, not only have common characteristic of characteristic, but also have basic characteristic of their own culture. There is some subjectivity about weighting coefficient when applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate people sports culture. A new comprehensive evaluation model with combinational weight based on ant colony optimization was proposed in this paper. In this new model, subjective weight was obtained from expert's judgment by using the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the objective weight was determined from statistical data by using the ant colony optimization. Then, a relatively reasonable weight was obtained by combining the subjective weight and the objective weight, which effectively avoids subjectivity of weighing coefficient in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The use of evaluation model to evaluate the culture of people sports can analyze the comprehensive construction of sports culture, and the development of all factors of the sports culture, which is helpful to grasp the overall and partial situation, and promote the development of people sports culture.

On the basis of Retinex theory, We know that SSR (SSR, Single Scale Retinex) algorithms mainly consists of two steps: estimation and normalization of illumination. The illumination is estimated as a smooth version of input image using gaussian low-pass filters. In this paper, We propose a method to improve SSR algorithm. We used Butterworth low-pass filter instead of gaussian low-pass filter to smooth the image, Compared with traditional Retinex algorithm, The experimental results shows that, The result images using modified SSR algorithm have greater entropy and average gradient. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

Sports industry in China has entered into the phase of rapid growth. In this paper, the competitiveness model of Chinese sports industry combines the characteristics of sports industry and the situation in China. The model is established on the basis of Porter's Diamond Model, so it has a solid theory basis. This paper also establishes the index system which is more systematic, objective, and comprehensive. Empirical result is consistent with the actual situation of Chinese sports industry in China, therefore, the evaluation model of Chinese sports industry competitiveness established in this paper has a certain practical significance and promotional value. The deficiency of this paper is that it is difficult to select the evaluation indicators of operation level in accordance with the ideal situation; this is mainly because some evaluation indicators are not available or can not be measured. In the future, with the constant improvement of the national statistical system, the index system will be more robust and perfect.

A series of Tb3+-doped Li2SrSiO4:Tb3+ phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction. The morphology and the thermal stability of Li2SrSiO4:Tb3+ phosphors were discussed by SEM and PL measurements, respectively. The results showed that the morphology of Li2SrSiO4:Tb3+ was changed from flower-like to rod-like with increasing Tb3+-doped content. Moreover, the emission intensity measured at 350 °C almost maintain with constant compared with that measured at room temperature. The results showed that Li2SrSiO4:Tb3+ phosphor might be a potential phosphor for white light-emitting diodes. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

A series of Tb3+-doped Li2SrSiO4 phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction. Effect of Tb3+-coped concentration on luminescence properties of Li2SrSiO4: Tb3+ phosphor was investigated by XRD, FTIR, PL and CEI measurements. The results showed that the unit cell constant of Li2SrSiO4:Tb3+ was reduced gradually with increasing Tb3+ concentration, and then the FTIR absorption intensity assigned to the stretch vibration of[SiO4] and bend vibration of Si-O was decreased. The emission properties of Li2SrSiO4:Tb3+ phosphors are strongly dependent on the concentration of Tb3+. The stronger blue and weaker green emission were shown as adding 1% Tb3+ amount, while single bright green emission was presented in 20% Tb3+ contents. The corresponding CIE was observed from (0.192, 0.315) to (0.246, 0.599). The results showed that the luminescence properties of Li2SrSiO4:Tb3+ phosphor could meet various requirements by tuning the Tb3+-doped concentration. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
