In order to give full play to the role of guidance and control of city planning, the need for rainwater utilization planning of water crisis should be dueled with the city in city planning. This paper first introduces the Xi'an a rainwater utilization planning examples, and then combined with the rainwater utilization existing research results presented city planning of rainwater utilization planning and design methods, finally summarized rainwater utilization project planning land index, thought the rain water city scale by providing some basic planning data. © Sila Science. Due to the environmental quality of city development caused by malignant lower city problems, it makes people continue to seek and explore a good "living environment" of the growing enthusiasm. Greenway is made in people's desire to improve city formed green space environment. The establishment of humane foundation of green pedestrian opens channels and Unicom city ecological network. This paper aims to analyze the domestic and foreign greenway through theory discussion and empirical case studies in order to explore suitable plans. This paper is for a set of design method of green road landscape planning and city in Shanxi area of our country. With the development of the informatiuon technology we have gradually entered a new world which character is digitalization. Digitalization gradually infiltrates into our city including the work of city planning, construction, management and services, and also acts a more and more important role as the methods for building a continual city. At present, visualization in city 3D scene is core technique of Cyber City. Querying and anglicizing information and base on city 3D scene not only provide vision taste for user, make user have cognition for city construction, but also make decision-maker, designer and user have more lifelike, impersonal and rational cognition for status in quo of city layout and blueprint of design. By analyzing the factors which affect performance decay after asphalt pavement maintenance, this paper discussed the performance prediction indicator of asphalt pavement maintenance and the key point of prediction model selection. Then, an ARIMA model based on time series analysis method to forecast the performance after asphalt pavement maintenance was established, and the model was verified by the riding quality index (RQI) monitoring data of the expressway from Shangqiu to Kaifeng within a certain time interval. The results show that, by using ARIMA model to forecast the performance decay after asphalt pavement maintenance, early prediction accuracy can be controlled at about 5%, and the confidence interval of predictive value is given when the width of confidence interval is 95%. With the continual extension of forecast period, the confidence interval increases, that is to say, the prediction accuracy will continue to decline. In order to deal with the decline of prediction accuracy, the method of gradually obsoleting the remote samples of forecast period and implanting the proximal data of forecast period is put forward. ©, 2015, Editorial Department of Journal of Chang'an University (Natural Science Edition). Most concrete thermal parameters used for the temperature field simulation of RCC dams are derived from empirical formulae and costly experiments. This paper presents an inverse thermal problem solution based on Genetic Algorithm (GA), which builds an inverse temperature field analysis model according to the characteristics intrinsic to inverse temperature field analysis of RCC dams, defines the thermal parameters to be inverted, and establishes an optimized program based on the optimization of Genetic Algorithm. The temperature field calculated by this feedback calculation is compared with that calculated by variable tolerance inversion. The result indicates that the temperature values calculated with thermal parameters inverted by Genetic Algorithm provides higher agreement with the real measurements; the temperature stress field resulted from these values is able to reflect the real stress conditions of the dam, thereby making it possible to guide temperature control and predict future variation tendency. © 2014 Taylor & Francis Group.
