Intelligent high voltage switchgear control system is an important part and key node of smart substation. It integrates traditional control system of GIS, advanced communication, electronics and information technology and implements control and monitor of GIS. With the further development of smart gird, there are more new requirements for intelligent high voltage switchgear control system. The reliability of intelligent high voltage switchgear control system is particularly important for normal operation of smart grid. This paper presents a new test device, which can effective guarantee the reliability of intelligent high voltage switchgear control system and solve the current problem of intelligent high voltage switchgear control system. High-voltage switch cabinets are often locally corroded at edges after several years of usage because of imperfect structure of the edges, which impairs the quality of paint or coating for corrosion protection. In this paper, the cause of the corrosion is analyze and verified via test, and some countermeasures for improving the structure of edges of a high-voltage switch cabinet and the painting methods are offered. The feasibility of the countermeasures are verified. Source
