Anopheles gambiae is a major vector mosquito for Plasmodium falciparum, the deadly pathogen causing most human malaria in sub-Saharan Africa. Synthesized in the fat body, trehalose is the predominant sugar in mosquito hemolymph. It not only provides energy but also protects the mosquito against desiccation and heat stresses. Trehalose enters the mosquito hemolymph by the trehalose transporter AgTreT1. In adult female A. gambiae, AgTreT1 is predominantly expressed in the fat body. We found that AgTreT1 expression is induced by environmental stresses such as low humidity or elevated temperature. AgTreT1 RNA silencing reduces the hemolymph trehalose concentration by 40%, and the mosquitoes succumb sooner after exposure to desiccation or heat. After an infectious blood meal, AgTreT1 RNA silencing reduces the number of P. falciparum oocysts in the mosquito midgut by over 70% compared with mock-injected mosquitoes. These data reveal important roles for AgTreT1 in stress adaptation and malaria pathogen development in a major vector mosquito. Thus, AgTreT1 may be a potential target for malaria vector control.

A large number of infeasible solutions often occur in population of evolutionary Computation (EC) solving the constraint combinatorial optimization problems. The greater the number of infeasible solutions in the population, the worse the performance of EC to search the solution, in the worst case, the algorithm ceases to run. The existing methods, penalty function or multi-objective optimization, can relieve partly the worst case of EC to run. However, they are actually to restrain the infeasible solutions surviving in population, the performance of the EC is not improved. In this study we propose an approach using an important feature of the infeasible solutions in Genetic Algorithms (GA). The approach can not only solve the problem of algorithm ceases to run, but also improve effectively the performance of genetic algorithms searching the optimal solution. From examination of the proposed method on multidimensional knapsack problems, the application of method is effective to solve the problem of algorithm ceases to run as well as to improve clearly.

Labor price fluctuation is closely related to residents' consumption price. The empirical analysis based on econometric model indicates that the rise of labor price will cause the rapid change of CPI, and the change of CPI will gradually lead to the change of labor price. The transmission effect of labor price is non-complete transmission, the increase rate of labor price is always greater than price volatility. Meanwhile, urban and rural labor prices have different relationships with CPI. Compared with the fluctuation of rural income, the fluctuation of urban income is under more significant impact of CPI. Based on this, this paper proposes several corresponding policy recommendations.

With the continuous development of computer network technology, information network technology is more and more popular in the application of information management system, and the information management systems of higher vocational colleges are also faced with technological innovations. In order to improve the work efficiency of higher vocational college staff and implement the information management better, so the basic concept of BS architecture and the significance and urgency of establishing information management system in higher vocational colleges were introduced in this paper. And based on the BS-GEP algorithm the model was established and the curriculum management was taken as an example. By calculating the best storage space and iterative value, the storage space of the model was effectively reduced and the costs of this system were saved.

With the continuous development of the science and technology, the way people receive information has become more intuitive and realistic with more interactivities based on the virtual reality technology. How to optimize the design of 3D animation with the virtual reality technology has become the main problem. In this paper, through analyzing the principle of VR technology development and 3D graphics, combined with particle system, the 3D model was built and the animation design was carried out; data of characteristic points of model were accurately analyzed; recommendations for model optimization were put forward to provide effective supports for the design and development of virtual 3D animation based on the virtual reality technology.

According to the visual feedback in image recognition and moving target tracking, this paper puts forward the strategy on how to complete the relevant computer image processing and with the acceptable vision sampling period of the system. In this paper, the design of the visual sensor can achieve real-time feedback of the moving object, and control the stability of the inverted pendulum system by LQR control. Finally, we realized the simulation of the inverted pendulum by Simulink simulation and the state feedback based on visual. The controlling process of switching from the inverted pendulum to the stable control of the inverted pendulum in equilibrium state is realized.

The low Al-content p-type layer was designed to utilize the polarization field to improve the performance of back-illuminated separated absorption and multiplication AlGaN avalanche photodiodes. The results show that the avalanche breakdown voltage decreases significantly when the polarization field has the same direction as reverse bias field in the multiplication region, and the maximum gain increasing as much as 235% is achieved. Moreover, the effects of both the doping concentration and thickness of each layer on the performance of device are investigated systematically. It is demonstrated that the parameters in inset n1 layer play an important role on the properties of the device. Finally, the influences of density and distribution of defects on the breakdown voltage and gain are analyzed. © 2017, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

An atomizing nozzle including a nozzle body, a flow orifice plate, a multi-stage decompression sleeve and a dual-conical surface nozzle head. One end of the nozzle body opposite to the dual-conical surface nozzle head is provided with an external thread; one end of the nozzle body close to the dual-conical surface nozzle head is provided with an internal hole and an internal thread. The external thread of the nozzle body is connected to external equipment. The flow orifice plate, the multi-stage decompression sleeve and the dual-conical surface nozzle head are arranged in the internal hole. The flow orifice plate is arranged on one end of the dual-conical surface nozzle close to the external thread of the nozzle body. The multi-stage decompression sleeve is arranged on the flow orifice plate.
