Wuhan Sports University , formerly translated as Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, , is a tertiary educational institution in China. According to the statistics released by the Ministry of Education of China, the university is one of the four leading universities in the physical education area in China. The university has many world famous alumni, such as gymnast Cheng Fei, who won more than 19 gold medals including an Olympic one. And this can be better illustrated during Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, when WIPE alumni alone won 6 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 3 bronze medals.Wuhan Sports University is located in Hubei Province's capital Wuhan, known as "the thoroughfare leading to nine provinces". Presently internet has gradually being integrated into social life, however, sports communication way in China is so traditional that is not beneficial to China's sports development. The key to rapid development of sports is sports propagation. To select proper and most conductive sports communication medium can facilitate communication speed to a great extent, and internet is such a most advanced communication media. On the basis of the proposition of the concept "Internet plus" era, characteristics there of is analyzed, concluding the key task of developing sports at present is to develop a brand new sports communication mode by combining the application of internet into reforming sports communication mode with sports communication rules and characteristics. Initially it states the concept of "Internet plus," analyzes its closely linkage with sports propagation, pointing out the establishment of brand-new sports communication path through intermediary as micro blog, micro letter, Sohu and other micro culture, smart phone, APP software platform these advanced technical product with new sports communication characteristics and rules under the background of "Internet plus" can, build foundation for the development of sports undertakings, and finally fulfill "sports micro proppagation," sports events video software platform these two new kinds of communication ways. As Chinese Olympic Games, National Games these large-scale sports meetings are now behind us; retirement situation of a group of senior athletes also becomes prevalent. Therefore, the paper carries out specific research on employment situation of Chinese retired athletes. The paper investigates retired athletes' current situations, and makes comparative analysis, finds that though Chinese retired athletes has acquired some subsidies materially, their life demands cannot be fully satisfied; evaluate on Chinese retired athletes comprehensive quality by discriminant analysis and comprehensive evaluation approach, think that Chinese athletes professional levels are very high but social skills and learning capacity in comprehensive quality are still to be improved, therefore suggest to arrange athletes of rather excellent techniques to participate in cultivation of teenager athlete; present relative opinions on Chinese future retired athletes' allocation, which is the protection of Chinese vulnerable groups in the background of harmonious development of Chinese socialism so that Chinese society can balanced, coordinated and sustainable move forward. Swimming is one of modern people favorite indoors events after work, meanwhile it is also Olympic Games important competition event. To improve men’s 100m freestyle swimming level, the paper uses grey GM (1, 1) prediction model, establishes performance prediction model, and makes prediction on Chinese men’s 100m freestyle performance in the 31st Olympic Games. Make use of grey prediction to make correlation analysis of performance development influence factors. And establish differential equation model by analyzing original data, it gets performance development trend status. And it further gets that Chinese men’s 100m freestyle will get result as 47.92s in the 31st Olympic Games. By prediction men’s 100m freestyle performance, it analyzes Chinese men’s swimming performance development trend, it finds that Chinese and other swimming powers gap is still very big. The paper applies documents literature, mathematical statistics, logical reasoning and analytic hierarchy process; it analyzes Chinese men’s basketball team current status, researches on Chinese competitive basketball declined phenomenon causes, and puts forward Chinese men’s basketball strategic countermeasures. Based on the research on the exercise capacity influencing factors of 100m sprint, this paper proposes comprehensive evaluation and prediction model based on fuzzy neural network, which is the improvement of the existing athletic ability evaluation systems and overcomes the shortcomings of traditional methods' strong subjectivity. The obtained fuzzy neural network system cannot only ensure continuous learning and correction, but also can make the network converge quickly according to the practical significance of the specific parameters. Through examples test, the evaluation results are objective and have the ideal precision. The model can not only be used to simulate and predict the athletic performance, as a basis to develop targeted training programs, but also can provide quantitative criteria in the athletes selection process, which has a high application value and broad application prospects.

As an important event of sports, free combat is one of the fortes in China. Side kick is an important way to attack and score in free combat, largely affecting the athletes’ achievement. The work mainly studied the dynamical and biomechanical model of side kick in free combat. Based on the importance of side kick, an in-depth research has been done on its dynamical and biomechanical principle and performance. String comparison function is very important in the course of entity identification. Those existing comparison functions seldom considers the feature of Chinese string and the result is unsatisfied when ther are applied in Chinese string's comparison. To improve the. The experiment result indicates that our function can get higher efficient, higher recall ratio and higher precision ratio than function based on edit distance. The function we proposed can be applied to compute the similarity of strings which includes Chinese string. © 2014 IEEE.

Sarcopenia is the decline of muscle mass and strength with age. Evidence suggests that oxidative stress and molecular inflammation play important roles in age-related muscle atrophy. The two factors may interfere with the balance between protein synthesis and breakdown, cause mitochondrial dysfunction, and induce apoptosis. The purpose of this review is to discuss some of the major signaling pathways that are activated or inactivated during the oxidative stress and molecular inflammation seen in aged skeletal muscle. Combined interventions that may be required to reverse sarcopenia, such as exercise, caloric restriction, and nutrition, will also be discussed. © 2010 by the authors.
