For the hot spots problem caused by the number of replica could not satisfy the soaring request from users, we present a Cloud Computing storage resource replica dynamic scheduling scheme based on HDFS. There are two sub algorithms which is the number of replica dynamic adjustment algorithm and replica placement algorithm. This scheme could improve system stability and file access through put. The experiment result shows this optimized scheme lower the access delay obviously than the original scheme with some cost of storage resource and network workload. For the problem of metadata management, this paper introduced a distributed metadata management scheme. This scheme distributed metadata into several name node according to their ability, and provides an efficient inquiry algorithm for metadata to improve system availability and reliability. The experiment result shows the multi-name nodes system with this metadata management scheme could improve the performance than the original system facing the huge metadata operation requests. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

We have built a physical model about macromolecule's chain conformation by applying the methods of physics, and then we have mainly simulated macromolecule chain's conformation. We also have studied the single chain system conformation's size which represented by mean-square end to end distance R2 and mean-square radius of gyration R2, shape and the variation of energy which acted between different chain lengths. The results shows that the average energy Ec and the size which represented by mean-square end to end distance R2 and mean-square radius of gyration R2 are proportional to the variation of chain's length. When the chain lengthens, the distribution of chain conformation in a small size area will be expanded and increased. When the chain length reaches from 10 to 16, chain conformations are mostly distributed the area with high energy and small size. © 2011 IEEE.

This paper studies the Beijing Energy consumption and energy intensity of the present and future. First, the paper studies the energy situation in Beijing, including consumption, energy intensity and energy mix. Then through a combination of foreign experience and the status quo, we point out the general rules of energy growth and the various factors affecting the growth of energy consumption in Beijing. Next article is about the future of Beijing's total energy consumption for a short-term and long-term forecasts and Beijing's energy saving potential related analysis are also presented. Finally concluding remarks, the author points out the problems and findings which are conducive for Beijing to build green low-carbon city and construct a world city. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

We have acquired the approximate method about how to get macromolecule's relaxation spectrum by means of experiment data. Depending on steady state stress relaxation experiment or dynamic shear experiment, we have gotten steady state relaxation modulus function G(t) or dynamic state modulus function G′(ω) and G″(ω). And then we have calculated all the approximate solutions of relaxation spectrum H(λ). Depending on the melt storage modulus G′(ω) data and power cost modulus G″(ω) data which from dynamic linear small swing shear oscillating experiment, we have calculated discrete relaxation spectrum in accordance with the approximate formulas which proposed by Schwarzl and staverman. At last, we also have discussed the affection of discrete relaxation spectrum which caused by some parameters and temperature. © 2011 IEEE.

To investigate the effect of downregulation of SIRT3 expression on cell proliferation and invasion in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) EC9706 cells, and to explore its possible molecular mechanisms, we transfected siRNA targeting SIRT3 into EC9706 cells, and then divided cells into three groups: untreated, control siRNA and SIRT3 siRNA groups. The expression levels of SIRT3 protein were detected in different groups by western blotting. The effect of SIRT3 siRNA on cell proliferation was investigated using the CCK-8 kit. The changes of cell apoptosis were examined by flow cytometry. Finally, the expression levels of cell proliferation and apoptosis related proteins such as p21, Bcl-2 and Bax were determined by western blotting. SIRT3 siRNA effectively down-regulated the expression of SIRT3 protein in EC9706 cells, and the reduced expression of SIRT3 significantly inhibited cell proliferation and induced cell apoptosis. Most notably, the SIRT3 depletion markedly increased the expressions of p21 and Bax proteins but reduced Bcl-2 protein expression. The proliferation inhibition and apoptosis of EC9706 cells mediated by SIRT3 downregulation may be closely associated with the expression levels of p21, Bcl-2 and Bax proteins. © 2014 - IOS Press and the authors.

On the basis of equant roll calender, we have designed non-equant isometric roll calender which applied in macromolecule material. This kind of calender can be realized by decreasing the diameter of one or two rolls properly. And a pair of non-equant roll calender can be constructed by means of one big roll and one small roll. During the process of design, we have built the corresponding mathematical model. And we have calculated the non-equant roll calender's key problems in accordance with this mathematical model. By comparing with traditional calender, non-equant roll calender has such advantages as high precision, low pressure load, low power consumption and rapid speed. © 2011 IEEE.

In this paper, we have mainly studied the terylene's anti-static effect which has been processed by means of external use negative ion anstatic agent, external use positive ion anstatic agent, external use amphoteric anstatic agent, external use nonionic anstatic agent and chemical fiber anstatic agent. We also have compared with the anti-static effects in accordance with anstatic agents with different densities. At the same time, we have analyzed some anstatic agents' water-tolerant and washing experiments. At last, we have analyzed several kinds of anstatic agents' effects. We have concluded that macromolecular compound has excellent anti-static ability and water-tolerant ability. © 2011 IEEE.

Melt Fracture (MF) is a kind of unstable fluxion of extruding moulding. We have analyzed the process of MF and introduced macromolecule material solid solution's viscosity and unstable fluxion which can damage the stable fluxion. This is the main reason of MF which caused by irregular moulding and slippage. In this paper, we also have studied the mechanism of melt fracture, what we have studied is import to eliminate melt fracture. © 2011 IEEE.
