The apparatus can control the rail pressure of the high-pressure common-rail tube cavity precisely. A method for controlling the rail pressure of the high-pressure common-rail tube cavity of the high-pressure common-rail fuel system of an engine is also disclosed. A control device and method for the air system of a diesel engine is disclosed. The feature of the diesel engine is characterized by transfer function. During the control process, a decoupling transfer function is computed according to the transfer function and the steady working parameters of the diesel engine. By the decoupling transfer function acting on the processed state parameters of the air system, driving signals for controlling the exhaust gas recirculation system and the turbocharge system can be individually generated from one another, in order to realize decoupling of them.

An apparatus (100) used in a selective catalytic reduction system of a diesel engine is disclosed, wherein the SCR system comprises a catalyst to use ammonia to convert nitrogen oxides discharged from the diesel engine, the apparatus (100) comprising: an acquiring module (102) coupled to the catalyst and configured to acquire a measurement value of at least one operation condition of the catalyst; and a determining module (104) coupled to the acquiring module and configured to determine ammonia storage capacity of the catalyst based on the acquired measurement value so as to determine ammonia surface coverage of the catalyst. A corresponding method and a computer program product thereof are further disclosed. According to the apparatus (100) and method, the ammonia surface coverage and ammonia storage capacity of the catalyst may be estimated more accurately.


An apparatus (200) for controlling a high pressure common rail system of a diesel engine comprises an operation condition parameter acquiring module (201) configured to acquire operation condition parameters associated with the high pressure common rail system; a control quantity determining module (202) coupled with the operation condition parameter acquiring (201) module and configured to determine a control quantity for controlling the high-pressure common rail system based on the operation condition parameters, a target value of the fuel pressure within a high pressure common rail tube cavity and a control model designed based on a system physical model, wherein the control quantity is an equivalent cross-section area of the electromagnetic valve of a flow metering unit; and a drive signal determining module (203) coupled to the control quantity determining module (202) and configured to determine a drive signal for driving the flow metering unit based on the determined control quantity. The apparatus may achieve an accurate injection pressure and a fast response. Additionally, there is also provided a method for controlling a high pressure common rail system of a diesel engine.


Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for controlling a urea injection system of a diesel engine. The apparatus (200) comprises: an operation condition parameter acquiring module (201), a control quantity determining module (202) and a drive signal determining module (203), wherein the operation condition parameter acquiring module (201) is configured to acquire operation condition parameters related to the urea injection system, the control quantity determining module (202) is configured to determine a control quantity for controlling the urea injection system based on the operation condition parameters, a target value of urea pressure in a urea buffer chamber (107) and a control model designed based on a physical model of the urea injection system, and the drive signal determining module (203) is configured to determine a drive signal for a urea pump (103) drive motor (106) according to the determined control quantity. The method for controlling the urea injection system may achieve accurate control of the urea injection pressure, and reduce a deviation between the urea pressure and a target value of the urea pressure.
