This paper presents a statistical analysis of voiced plosives such as b, d, g that occur in 466 Uyghur single-syllable or multi-syllable words in the "Uyghur language acoustical database". The results describe the acoustical features such as the formants, sound intensity, duration, voice onset time (VOT) and the GAP (silence segment) distribution model. The acoustic phonetics are compared to identify the devoiced parametric features of the plosives and the tenuis consonants. The real speech data shows that the plosives have features of tenuis consonants devoiced. The critical acoustical parameters are identified that differentiate the plosives.

It is important significance to build integrity and consistency demand model of Software Project. One of the aims of Aspect-Oriented Requirements Engineering is to address the compos ability and subsequent analysis of crosscutting and non-crosscutting concerns during requirements engineering. Paper document-driven demand for aspect-oriented approach needs analysis process, focus is given to certain modeling process validation strategy is proposed based on ontology model validation concerns related methods, and an example illustrates the proposed method of effectiveness. This evaluation shows that the focus of the revised model satisfies all the constraints defined in the text, and based on the actual needs of text analysis, testing the integrity and consistency of the model to verify the effectiveness and energy cost efficiently of the proposed method. © Sila Science. Detecting the unused spectrum and sharing it without harmful interference with other users is an important requirement of the Cognitive Radio network to sense spectrum holes. This paper focused on the spectrum sensing models and some kinds of spectrum sensing algorithms and their improved algorithms. The cognitive radios must have the capability to determine if a signal from a primary transmitter is locally present in a certain spectrum. This paper proposed a cooperation algorithm for spectrum detection based on likelihood ratio for primary users' detection in multi-user's cognitive radio system, this algorithm has especially considered different channels decline with the state of decaying of the route between primary users and a lot of cognitive users, the single node detection adopts the energy law. According to the likelihood ratio law, the mathematical model is set up, and has simplified relevant parameters rationally, has reduced algorithm complexity. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

Tracer experiment to obtain flow longitudinal dispersion coefficient is the most direct and reliable method. In this paper, the existing natural rivers longitudinal dispersion coefficient tracer experimental method for calculating is analyzed comprehensively. Focuses on the method of moments, the principles and applications of regression analysis, calculus optimization methods, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. In recent years the calculus optimization method is outstanding, determine river longitudinal dispersion coefficient method was developed and applied to an instance of some of the new tracer experiment. Local conditions should combine with topographic flow characteristics to select the appropriate calculation methods in practical applications. Finally, some problems of the natural rivers longitudinal dispersion coefficient study that need further investigation were put forward. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
