Copper layers of highly developed surface have been formed by electrodeposition technique on structurally modified silicon substrate. Silicon patterns were obtained by electrochemical anodizing as well as by wet etching and acted the part of solidification centers at the growth process. The effect of the current density on the morphology of copper fractal aggregates has been investigated. It was found that a change of current density has a significant impact on texture and fractal dimension of the aggregates. Increasing of the current density from 0.25 to 1.5 mA/cm2 changes form of the fractals from spherical to symmetrically branched (dendritic) and fractal dimension from 2.55 up to 2.8 respectively. All the samples are of uniform quasi-periodical distribution of the aggregates over the surface that is substantially conditioned by properties of the modified surface. © 2013 IEEE.

The issue of major interest during RFID systems development is reducing the size and price of RFID tag. This article is dedicated to design and implementation of 0.18 urn CMOS integrated antenna for RFID system to include price of antenna implementation in price of RFID IC. Decreasing techniques of influence of layout configuration and methods of decreasing of metal stress states inside chip on antenna parameters are discussed. Functional synchronization was used in the generator to provide 5725 ÷ 5875 MHz differential output signal with 1.8 V supply voltage. Test antenna was implemented within test die, size 5×5 mm2, 0.18 um CMOS technology. A possibility of further decreasing of antenna size up to 1 mm2 was analyzed. Implemented antenna has gain of -25 dB@5.8 GHz and could be used up to 9 GHz without significant loss in efficiency. © 2012 IEEE.

Fundamental tasks for the problem of scientific support for the design of transport infrastructure in the ecosystem splits are analyzed. New aspects of simulational application in dynamic interaction of motor transport and natural systems are considered. Method for simulational studies is analyzed. The problems and advantages of the simulation of complex systems are investigated. Mathematical model of the transport infrastructure influence in the environmental situation and A* search algorithm are developed, which guaranteed to find the shortest path till the heuristic approximation, i.e., it never exceeds the real remaining distance to the target and then this algorithm uses the heuristic in the best possible way: No other algorithm will reveal fewer joints disregarding the joints with the same cost. The successful solution of the problem results from the preliminary theoretical research, partly stated in 20 scientific publications and protected intellectual property objects, including certificates of state registration of computer programs. © 2015 The L.G.
