High quality granular ferromagnetic thin films on glass and silicon wafer substrates were obtained using the original thermionic vacuum arc (TVA) method developed at National Institute for Laser, Plasma and Radiation Physics. We report obtaining of 77-200 nm thick Cu/Ni/Fe structures. An experimental set-up, with three simultaneously discharges, was made to obtain the desired thin film composition and thickness. The structural and morphological properties of the prepared nanostructured films were analyzed by AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy), XRD (X-ray Diffraction) and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy). Magneto-Optical Kerr Effect studies were made in order to infer the changes in polarization of an optical radiation due to the magnetic field influence. In order to obtain concluding electrical measurements results, cooper electrodes were deposited using the same method before and after the actual three material thin structures. In this way significant changes in the electrical resistance behavior were noticed and were correlated with TVA plasma parameters used for film preparation.

Gnosticism was a syncretic and existentialist phenomenon of the end of antiquity, which had a universalist character that integrated into its structure mystical, Babylonian, Egyptian, Judaic and Christian elements. The generating nucleus of Gnostic thinking, whose key component is dualism, the opposition of two irreconcilable principles, has its origin in human consciousness, which, through special knowledge perceives itself as divorced from the world, whose solidarity it rejects as something alien. This paper seeks to address the question of 'unde malum', which starts from a process that oscillates dramatically between the Suffering of Death, as a catabatic experience of the birth of the man fallen, who is thrown into the eternity of the death of the matter of Darkness, and the Death of Suffering as a mystical, anabatic experience of the return of the man fallen into the darkness of death to eternal life in the light of the Pleroma through a spiritual death. Gnosticism attempts to provide a rational solution to the problem of evil, by giving a rational answer to a religious problem and by radically rationalising Christian revelation. That is, it attempts to change Christian revelation according to its understanding of the workings of the human mind, which it claims thinks in binary categories, following the rule of exclusion, of the type 'or/or', to the detriment of the Church's antinomic thinking of the type and/and?.

Pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasms are uncommon and their occurrence in pregnancy is extremely rare. The authors report the unique case of a newborn weighing 3,620 g, delivered vaginally with no complications by a patient with a large 'silent' pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasms, and analyze the very few other reports. With no available protocol, this case highlights an interesting dilemma on the management of pregnancy and delivery as well on the timing of pancreatic surgery. Despite its limitations, MRI remains the most accurate investigation either for differentiating the mucinous from nonmucinous cysts or for evaluating the malignancy, but echography is also very useful. Without symptoms, all low-grade malignant potential tumors, independent of the moment of their diagnosis during pregnancy, should be resected 2-3 months after delivery and we believe that the best option is a term vaginal birth, even in the presence of a large cyst and large fetus. On the contrary, all high-grade malignant potential tumors, discovered in the first two trimesters of pregnancy should be resected during the second trimester, and followed by a vaginal delivery at term. If high-grade malignant potential tumor is diagnosed in the third trimester, an early vaginal delivery followed by surgery is recommended. Finally, the patient's preference is crucial. This study tries to identify and clarify some of the problems regarding the reproduction biology of ponto-caspian crustacean species. These are the relict endemic species, from lakes and the Black Sea littoral waters, with the most important adaptations and evolutiv implications. The study was made on amphipoda species (Dikerogammarus villosus, Pontogammarus borceae, Pontogammarus robustoides, Echinogammarus trichiatus, Echinogammarus warpachowskyi, Echinogammarus sowinskyi, Euxinia sarsi, Euxinia maeotica, Obesogammarus crassus). Therefore were evaluated: the incubation period, the reproductive capacity, the fecundity potential, the correlation index (HMFBL-half-range of mature female body length), the life cycle model. The eggs have been removed from 489 females that belong to different categories of size, counting a total of 5,782 eggs. For the species of the Romanian waters, the data obtained from the observations show the same variability within the species with the same dimensions and habitat (Dikerogammarus villosus, Pontogammarus robustoides, Echinogammarus trichiatus), also within females from the same species and the same category of size. When HMFBL index is < 0.13, we are dealing with forms that lay once in them lifetime (semelparity), and when HMFBLr> 0.34 the number of laying downs is larger during the reproduction period (iteroparity). Amphipods live 6-12 months a year while they have 4-5 generations. These data observed in the nature were also confirmed in laboratory conditions at Echinogammarus trichiatus and Euxinia maeotica. The life cycle model, duration of incubation, the interval between moulting and the juveniles’ survival were monitored in the experimental conditions for brackish Euxinia maeotica amphipods. The information are important as they may improve the knowledge and understanding of the implications of them invasive capacity, especially the adjustment of the populations and predictability of new extension potential. © SGEM2015.

Despite the important volume of data regarding the physiology and pharmacology of uterine smooth muscle innervation, it is unclear the precise role of the nervous supply on myometrial activity. Moreover, although all uterine myocytes possess specific adrenergic and cholinergic receptors, the autonomic fibers are almost exclusively distributed to cervix (eventually to isthmus, which becomes the lower uterine segment in the last part of the pregnancy), where is located less that 10% of the whole myometrium. It seems that neuronal modulation is implicated more on cervical dynamics and poorly on "effective" uterine contractility. It is important to note that constantly there is a neuronal co-transmission, either sympathetic or parasympathetic, or even non-adrenergic/non-cholinergic mediation, the number of discovered compounds, able to modulate the uterine activity, increasing permanently. Must be mentioned, also, the variability of receptors either as density, sensitivity or intracellular pathways, depending of hormonal impregnation, especially on gestation. Furthermore, during pregnancy, placenta and amniotic membranes possess a strong impact on myometrium, connective tissue, but also on neuronal ending characteristics.
