Using simulation test method to evaluate the performance of fuze is very helpful to reduce the cost of fuze and also speeds up the fuze research and development. Equivalence of simulation test method and real artillery launch test is a criterion to decide whether the test results are reliable. Fuze inertia arming device is taken as an example. Firstly, an equivalence criterion was proposed according to its working principle. Secondly, a mathematical model of fuze inertia arming device was established. Thirdly, a software simulation of the dynamic response of fuze inertia arming device in a series of simulated artillery launch environments and the real artillery launch environment were accomplished. At last, the simulation data analysis proved the feasibility of equivalence. Source

A design method was studied to optimize the standoff of shaped charge warhead. By experiment, the static state penetration depth of bi-conical liner shaped charge under 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5 and 8.0 times standoff and 34° and 40° cone angle were obtained. At the same time, a numerical simulation method was researched and verified on the same experiment conditions. Under different top cone angle, the change rule of the penetration depth with the change of standoff was obtained by numerical simulation. A calculation formula including the variables of cone angle and standoff for static state penetration depth of bi-conical liner shaped charge warhead was obtained. The three-dimensional surface was obtained, which indicated that the static state penetration depth varies with cone angle and standoff. Based these, the optimum standoff of bi-conical liner shaped charge warhead was obtained. The result of experiment and numerical simulation and the design method of standoff distance of bi-conical liner shaped charge warhead can provide reference for related research. ©, 2015, Beijing Institute of Technology. The method of coupling effect of circuit and dynamic process was applied as well as the variation principle of mutual inductance between flying plate and transmitter coil in the process of the electromagnetic launch, and the launch process of electromagnetic flying plate (EFP) was theoretically analyzed. The motion model of EFP in the launch phase was established by using the electromagnetic energy-conversion, Newton's law and virtual placement principle. The launch law of EFP motion characteristics was studied. The launch process of EFP was studied by experiment, and the accuracy of the theoretic model was verified. The results show that the speed of the flying plate can be improved effectively by reducing the inductance in the loop and improving the mutual inductance. Source

The law of ignition/initiation of anti-tank shaped charge warhead impacted by fragments was researched. The response characteristics of cylindrical charge and the relation between mass and velocity of fragment which causes the rapid reaction of charge were obtained by the impact of fragment on the cylindrical charge with thin aluminum shell. The ignition/initiation criterion of fragment against anti-tank shape charge warhead was obtained by analyzing the experimental results. The research results can provide the technical support for the design of active protection of tank and armored vehicle, and the research method can provide reference for correlative research. In the distributed fire control system, a traditional shooting mode is to shoot at the same time. When the interval between fire units becomes larger, it can not work well under the limit of space baseline, effective shooting height and distance of the fire units. Keeping this mode, two novel shooting modes, i. e. shooting on the same range and shooting the same coming point, are designed. The former can insure that the fire units shoot on their best distances, and the later can insure that the fire units hit the same point. Considering practical applications, the implementations of these shooting modes are presented, and their rationality and feasibility are illustrated by using numerical simulation and range test of a certain type of distributed fire control system.
