Ulyanovsk State Technical University is a major higher education and research institution in Ulyanovsk. The paper focuses on an approach that facilitates improving the management processes in solving the project tasks. The improvement can be achieved if Agile managerial mechanisms will be combined with the managing of human-computer interruptions when tasks are reflected on programmable queues. The offered combining opens the possibility for planned and situational interactions of the designer with queues of tasks in points of interruptions taking into account the evolving multitasking. The paper deals with an unpredictable appearance of a new project task in real-time designing a system with the software. Usually, this occurs at a time when the designer works in a multitasking mode and other members of the designers’ team also work with delegated tasks. For regulating such activity, the use of the Agile management is not sufficient. In described case study, Agile means are combined with means of an interruption management which is adjusted on processing the interruption reason “New task”. In the processing of the new task, the designer applies a framework “model of precedent” and its iterative filling by content with using a figuratively semantic support. Inclusion of experimenting into way-of-working used by a team of designers facilitates increasing a degree of successfulness in designing of Software Intensive Systems (SIS). This paper presents a scientific approach to experiments the objects of which are units of designers' behavior aimed at solving the project tasks in conceptual designing. The offered approach is based on specifying the behavior units as precedents and pseudo-code programming the plans of experiments. Reasoning used by designers in experiments is registered in question-answer forms. Experimenting is being supported by a specialized toolkit. © 2013 IEEE.

The paper presents a question-answer approach to programming of designers' activity in collaborative designing of software intensive systems. Efficiency of a conceptual work can be substantially increased if a human part of collaborative works will be fulfilled by designers in a form of an execution of programs written in a specialized pseudo-code language. Such programs simulate an experimental activity of designers investigating the own behavior in solution processes of project tasks. Acting similarly a scientist any designer will play a role named in the approach as "intellectual processor".
