The main idea of the article is to develop a model of high school students professional education, which includes target, content, technology, criterion-estimation and result components contributing to ensure the efficiency and the sequence of scientific-technique provision of educational process in High School. The aim of the developed model is the future competent specialist educating on the basis of his academic and extracurricular activities integration. This objective fulfillment is specified in the complex of interrelated tasks: students civil and patriotic education system forming; student self-government system improving on the basis of corporate culture and human individuality basic principles; conditions and prerequisites providing for the students world outlook forming in integrity of which his attitude to human values of social life is expressed; conditions providing for students tolerance development and the their common culture educating; innovative environment making with the aim to develop students creative abilities; students and University graduates social and professional adaptation and socialization organizational processes; organization of students legal, social and psychological protection system. This model provides the future competent specialists self-determination; the creation of psycho-pedagogical support of personal senses development in students' academic and extra-curricular activities in new forms of professional education building: from academic - to practical-oriented one; each student interest designing in extra-curricular activities. The relevance of the article is determined by the necessity of theoretical concepts' and practical experience's rethinking how to change the functioning of socio-economic processes and systems in the conditions of technological mode, the cycle of development, evaluation of current reforms' changing. In this regard, the purpose of this article is aimed at socio-economic systems' strategic development management improving when it is necessary to clarify the types of structural changes, to envisage various scenarios of events' development, to determine the possibility of sustainable development achieving. The basis of the presented paper is the ideas of the infological approach and the principles of continuous improvement of all processes in the system. The purpose of the research is to develop the structure and content of modern enterprises mentors psychological and pedagogical training curriculum aimed at their psychological, pedagogical, methodical and coach-competencies forming for skilled and timely transferring of professional knowledge and experience to young staff in accordance with the modern manufacture requirements. As a basis of mentors corporate training curricular development there is an integrative approach, revealing the andragogical, acmeological, psychological- pedagogical and scientific-methodical aspects of modern mentoring. The content of the proposed curriculum for mentors Psychological and pedagogical component in the activity of a modern mentor is directed to knowledge acquisition on pedagogical ethics, knowledge about the unity of the education, upbringing and developing functions of training, knowledge of methods and practice transmission of professional experience, knowledge in the field of andragogy, acmeology and psychology of adults, knowledge in the field of management of adult teaching; development of skills of constructive use of foreign technologies for mentoring implementation, skills development and adjustment of corporate training curricular, ability to make timely pedagogical diagnostics.
