This analytical method allows to the simultaneous qualitative and quantitative determination of 11 esters of the phthalic acid (PES) in vegetable oils, by means of a procedure which is efficient, simple, economic and quick. This is achieved by using the purification method based on dispersion solid phase extraction (DSPE), previous extraction with acetonitrile saturated with hexane, and followed by gas chromatography coupled with mass-mass spectrometer (GC MSMS). The limits value of detection (LOD) and uantification (LOQ) are in the range from 0.003 to 0.032 MG/KG and from 0.007 TO 0.075 MG/KG Respectively. The yield for the recovery ranges between 68.2% to 95.5% depending on the pes and the concentration in matrix. The analysis of actual samples evidenced the presence of the bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) in extra virgin olive oil and in refined oils with a variable concentration.
