This present invention disclosed a method for culturing Ophiocordyceps sinensis by inoculating a fungus inoculum onto a medium, culturing with a culturing condition in the dark room, and then culturing under the light for at least four weeks. According to the method for culturing O. sinensis disclosed in this present invention, the cultured O. sinensis has better growth rate and its composition and content of active ingredients are similar with wild O. sinensis.

The application of the composite of Ni3S2 nanoparticles and 3D graphene as a novel cathode material for supercapacitors is systematically investigated in this study. It is found that the electrode capacitance increases by up to 111% after the composite electrode is activated by the consecutive cyclic voltammetry scanning in 1 M KOH. Due to the synergistic effect, the capacitance and the diffusion coefficient of electrolyte ions of the activated composite electrode are ca. 3.7 and 6.5 times higher than those of the Ni3S2 electrode, respectively. Furthermore, the activated composite electrode exhibits an ultrahigh specific capacitance of 3296 F/g and great cycling stability at a current density of 16 A/g. To obtain the reasonable matching of cathode/anode electrodes, the composite of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and chemically reduced graphene oxide (Fe3O4/rGO) is synthesized as the anode material. The Fe3O4/rGO electrode exhibits the specific capacitance of 661 F/g at 1 A/g and excellent rate capability. More importantly, an asymmetric supercapacitor fabricated by two different composite electrodes can be operated reversibly between 0 and 1.6 V and obtain a high specific capacitance of 233 F/g at 5 mV/s, which delivers a maximum energy density of 82.5 Wh/kg at a power density of 930 W/kg.

A new varactor-tuned microstrip dual-band band-pass filter (BPF) based on the tri-mode stub-loaded stepped-impedance resonators (SL-SIRs) is investigated. By employing the dual coupling paths, the two passbands can then be fully controlled and designed independently. Meanwhile, a third-order bandpass response can be realized by properly incorporating the first three resonator modes of a tri-mode SL-SIR at adjacent frequencies into the passband. Thus, the third-order dual-band BPF can be designed with only two resonators, resulting in an extremely small size. In addition, for the electronic tuning, three varactors are loaded onto the open-ends of each resonator and, thus, the passband frequency can be changed by properly tuning the first three resonant modes of the SL-SIR. For the demonstration, a compact reconfigurable dual-band BPF with a size of 0.19 λ0 by 0.04 λ0 has been designed and fabricated. A method for manufacturing a semiconductor nano layer structure includes: two substrates are provided; a plurality of semiconductor nanowires are formed on one of the substrates; an absorption surface is formed on the other substrate; one of the substrates is fixed on a cylindrical roller, the cylindrical roller is brought into contact with a surface of the substrate which is stationary and is not fixed on the cylindrical roller, and rolled with a constant velocity and pressure so that the semiconductor nanowires are break, detached, transferred and absorbed, and a semiconductor nano layer structure is formed on the stationary substrate; a de-laminating process is performed to separate the semiconductor nano layer structure from the second substrate; an electric Joule heat welding process is locally performed to bond each of the semiconductor nanowires of the semiconductor nano layer structure or each semiconductor nano layer structure.
