In the cultivation system, each of the cultivation containers can accommodate multiple plant bodies and is equipped with a recording medium, identification information that is used for identifying each of the accommodated multiple plant bodies. The cultivation system is additionally equipped with: an inspection unit which has an accommodation section in which one or more of the cultivation containers are accommodated, wherein the inspection unit can inspect each of the multiple plant bodies accommodate in the cultivation container or the cultivation containers placed in the accommodation unit; and a recording unit which can record the result of the inspection of each of the plant bodies, which is obtained by the inspection unit, on the recording medium provided in the cultivation containers in connection with the identification information for the corresponding plant body.
