Based on features of glass-melting furnace, main factors influencing the flue gas parameters are presented, while the typical flue gas composition, dust properties and acid dewpoint put forward, and the fouling and corrosion mechanism of the flue gas particles on boiler heat surface studied, to which active and massive measures suggested for reducing relevant ash deposition and low-temperature corrosion. To stabilize the furnace pressure after the waste heat boiler is put into operation, a method is proposed for furnace pressure regulation and control.
