This paper describes how to design a Galois field GF(28)dividing circuit using double subfield transformation[5]. The circuit is much faster and more efficient than the classical GF(28) divider . Multiplier circuit is used mainly for ECC encoding and for the Encripting machine while the Divider is used for ECC decoding and the Decripting machine. The divider in the paper is designed based on the GF(22) inversing circuit and we applied double subfield transformation. We compared the new design with the classical design in both respects, speed and cost so find the new design is much better than the classical design. © 2013 SERSC. Source

Similarity measure design for discrete data group was proposed. Similarity measure design for continuous membership function was also carried out. Proposed similarity measures were designed based on fuzzy number and distance measure, and were proved. To calculate the degree of similarity of discrete data, relative degree between data and total distribution was obtained. Discrete data similarity measure was completed with combination of mentioned relative degrees. Power interconnected system with multi characteristics was considered to apply discrete similarity measure. Naturally, similarity measure was extended to multi-dimensional similarity measure case, and applied to bus clustering problem. © 2013 Central South University Press and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg. The photoplethysmogram (PPG) is an extremely useful medical diagnostic tool. However, PPG signals are highly susceptible to motion artifacts. In this paper, we propose a cyclic moving average filter that use similarity of Photoplethysmogram. This filtering method has the average value of each samples through separating the cycle of PPG signal. If there are some motion artifacts in continuous PPG signal, disjoin the signal based on cycle. And then, we made these signals to have same cycle by coordinating the number of sample. After arrange these cycles in 2 dimension, we put the average value of each samples from starting till now. So, we can eliminate the motion artifacts without damaged PPG signal. © 2014 -IOS Press and the authors. Source

A new structure is described to measure the residual strain of thin film of piezoelectric multi-layers. The spiral shaped structure consists of the four fixed-guided beams. Piezoelectric multilayers consisting of SiOx/Pt/PZT/Pt on SiNx substrate are used to evaluate the suggested structure. Finite element analysis predicts that the out-of-plane displacement of the spiral structure by residual stress depends linearly on the beam length, but there is little difference depending on the beam width. PZT is prepared by sol-gel method and multilayered spiral structures are released by microfabrication technique. Sensitivity analysis of the spiral structure with various layer stack shows that the high displacement of piezoelectric multilayers can be decreased by the application of SiOx layer with compressive stress over the piezoelectric multilayers. © 2012 The Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg. Multiplier circuit is a part of Divider and there is no inverse ROM for the dividing operation.
