The oil transport enterprise has a significant effect on national energy security and economic development in current conditions. In the background of economic transition, the industry is facing crisis and the development facing adjustment - strengthening oil transport enterprise security management is very important. Therefore, according to the characteristics of oil transport enterprises, we established a safety evaluation index system of the oil transport enterprises from four aspects: management, technical, social, and environmental. In accordance with the relationship between the index of the interaction, we constructed the network structure of index system. Then a security evaluation model of the oil transport enterprise based on F-ANP was established, at last showing the feasibility of the model through examples. The model provided a scientific and reasonable method for oil transport enterprise running safety evaluation, had better practical value and significance for the oil enterprise production safety management. © 2013 American Society of Civil Engineers.
