Nowadays, cloud computing is widely concerned, it is a new generation of information resource sharing and application mode. It provides IT resource services in way of virtualization and resource pool, which is the extension and development of network distributed computation, and greatly improves the sharing and utilization of information resources. This paper describes the significance of constructing current maritime navigation information resources of cloud platform, presents the research methods, and designs the platform construction structure. By the cloud platform, we can realize the integration of existing maritime information resources, the analysis of business process, the cleaning, selection and aggregation of business data, and finally achieve the unified management of navigation application system and business data of maritime Departments. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

According to the incomplete information due to the imperfect index of port informatizational evaluation and instability of the relevant data, the Weighted Grey Target theory is introduced to assess the informatization status of ports. This paper constructed the evaluation index, evaluated the index's attributes combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and selected 11 ports to rank order by using the Weighted Grey Target model. It concludes that Port of Shanghai has won the highest score belonging to the assessment Class I area, while Port of Lianyungang, Yantian, Jinzhou, Jiaxing and Wenzhou have got low scores belonging to the assessment Class IV area. The result shows that the Weighted Grey Target theory is a simple and effective method to assess the port informatizational performance.

In IT field, the application of the virtualization technology has expanded the capacity of computer hardware, simplified the software configuration process, and simulated the parallel operation of multiple CPUs. Such technology can achieve multiple operating systems running one platform at the same time, and improve the work efficiency of the computer. In the application of the virtualization technology, there are various conditions to cause risks, such as security, high resource utilization, disunited virtualization technology standards, expectation for cost reduction, changes in management mode and application migration, etc. For the risk existing in the application of the technology, the author puts forward the specific countermeasures, benefiting the abatement or elimination of risk of virtualization technology application, thus to ensure the purpose of applying such technology. This paper mainly analyzes the target the risk of virtualization technology application and puts forward the specific measures for reducing the risk of the virtualization technology application, in order to facilitate the practical application and development of the virtualization technology. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Middleware is emerging as an interconnection bridge of heterogeneous platforms on distributed network. Design and development of large-scale application system with middleware have become a trend. Design and development features of financial information system are analyzed, aiming at financial information system—the special field. A financial system solution instance is combined for reaching transaction requirement of financial system through implementation of middleware; thereby information system can be applied for analysis of the financial crisis. Duffing-Holmes equation is utilized for discussing formation causes and internal mechanism of financial crisis according to chaotic characteristics of the financial crisis. Chaotic control method is proposed to aim at chaotic characteristics of financial crisis. Finally, countermeasures of controlling financial crisis are discussed through combining with practical condition of Asian financial crisis. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.
